I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder that has been bounced around different garages for multiple issues…read more On 2 occaisions, I was overcharged, had one issue resolved but then had 2 more arise, all directly related to the initial issue. I had tried to return and explain the following issues, but I was getting the cold shoulder or the full schedule excuse because they didn't want to make things right. I came to ACJ based off of a referral from a lifelong friend who swears by the owner. Upon arrival, after speaking briefly on the phone, I was greeted by the Owner on a first name basis which was impressive to begin with. After giving Alex the run down, he assured me he'd resolve the issue. He kept a great line of communication and always gave me a heads up before proceeding with repairs, and gave me various options when it came to parts and methods of repairs. Once my car left the garage, there was no longer play in my suspension, my brakes were no longer dangerous, and my fan clutch was replaced so my car did not sound like a 20,000 garbage truck driving around. I'm sold, and will no longer need to shop around for a new mechanic, as Alex made me feel valued, and was always open and honest with his work. Not only that, but his prices are very competitive. 10/10, will be bringing my Subaru here, as well as my project cars! Great job guys!

Chino heard out the problems with my car and told me to come back on a day we both decided upon. He kept our appointment and was punctual with his work. He respected my time. Once the problem was identified, he called to explained it to me and was so patient while answering my many questions. He charged me a fair price and worked with me to get used parts whenever possible. I have been coming to this shop for many years now and will not go anywhere else! These guys are honest, organized, and reliable.

Unfortunately, I did not have that same experience with Mike. My credit card was used without my permission, and I had to contact the police and get a detective involved. On top of that, he also sold me a car, which turned out to be an even worse experience. He told me the car only needed a hose and said I could not test drive it because of that. The situation became so concerning with Mike always promising to take care of several issues. Of course these issues were just met with broken promises. It was one of my worst experiences. Freedom of speech allows me to share MY experience.
