I have been to Long Teng on multiple visits for a few different services: 90 Minute Foot and Body Massage Combo ($80), Cupping ($30), and 60 minute Foot Reflexology ($40). I have encountered three of their staff members so far and they were all very high skilled. Communication was minimal but they were intuitive with my services. This business is located in a strip mall with an Indian restaurant to the right and a Korean restaurant on the far left. When you enter there is a small waiting sofa and a reception desk. To the back they have many private treatment rooms for acupuncture, cupping and body massages. They have 2 reflexology massage chairs. Just FYI in case you want to come in a large group. For the 90 minute Foot and Body Massage Combo, we started off face down and did the back portion of the massage before I flipped over. My masseuse was very strong and it felt very deep. She was nice enough to occasionally check on me to make sure I was okay with the pressure. It was exactly what I needed that day. For the Cupping services, I have been multiple times. There are multiple methods of cupping but they do fire cupping. For anyone not familiar with cupping it is an ancient method of healing thought of for promotion blood flow, help with pain, treat high blood pressure, bronchial congestion, and anxiety. I'm not a doctor of any kind so don't hold me to it. I'm just saying it personally helped my stress, knots and breathing since I have awful allergies. The most obvious side effect is the circle bruise looking marks on your back. The bruises don't consistently show up everyone; they say those are the areas that were most stagnant that needed the blood flow assist the most. The Reflexology Foot Massage at this place is mostly foot, which is exactly what I need at times after a long week of trade shows and high heels. You start off with your feet in a warm to hot foot soak while they quickly massage your neck, shoulders and arms. Then after that it is all feet and a little calves massage. I have had multiple massage therapists for this service and they all know the pressure points and areas where my feet needs attention. I am clearly a fan and I can definitely see myself coming back for all of the services mentioned above. Shout out to Jenny. I came in with bad upper left back pain. I told them at the front of my pain and that I wanted a thirty-minute session just to see if my pain would go away. The masseuse made me feel better and identified how to help me. At about thirty minutes I extended my session for another fifteen minutes and she was able to accommodate my request. She also did go over the rest of my body and generally just relived me of any strain I had in my body. Decent pricing and a really good massage! Always tip! I will return. read more

Went for a body and foot massage. They didn't explain things well since it was my first time there. The massage was decent. At the end, when I was getting ready to leave and had over her tip, she makes a comment "oh people usually tip 20%." I was shocked that she was even stating this. The fact that I can tip whatever I want due to the service I received, this didn't sit well with me. Tipping is optional. Hmm probably just wasted an hour of my life here. I got an hour foot massage to kill time while getting my car windows tinted and realized I made a big mistake. Massage was extremely weak with no pressure at all. I asked for more pressure a few times with little to no luck. They used gloves and a crap load of oil to when they massage. To be honest I was looking at the clock towards the end because I wanted to get out of there. No bueno. One star for a clean environment. read more

Wow!! My massage therapist Jennie is amazing! I have a lot of knots and she managed to loosen me up some, massage the stress and toxins out of my body that my some pain has left me. Crazeeeee! I live with chronic pain and overwhelming stress and pressure in my life doesn't help, but W-O-W! I am so amazed. I've been going to different massage therapists, and while all were pretty good, no one has some close to the results I got from this place. They just made a regular out of me. read more

I really don't understand why we have to add a C at the end of indefinite integration. Since C is a constant, can't we write -C and still be correct? We could even write -(-C) or +/- lim(A approaches C) A and be correct. But the fact that calculus textbooks only teach +C shows a disgusting reality of discrimination and a world where J+m Cr+w Laws segregate signs. It's horrendous. We checked out this place to try the acupuncture... it was amazing!!! The whole staff was nice and accommodating ( we came in around 830pm on a Saturday. .) Dr. Carol was very nice and gentle, she explained step by step and made us feel comfortable. Weirdest massage experience. I came in because muscle cramps and crick in back causing pain radiating to my chest. Usually adjusting my back with pressure along spine corrects the pain. But masseuse didn't understand. She was giving me Swedish massage and awkwardly putting one hand on my upper butt crack while massaging my back with other hand. Umm. Why are you resting your hand on my butt when I want a back massage? Then front desk lady opens door 10 min into massage to ask how it's going. I say to her I need my back cracked but masseuse doesn't understand. Then she starts massaging me with just a stronger Swedish massage and bantering in Chinese to the 1st masseuse. They were talking loudly in Chinese for another 10 min- very unrelaxing. I don't know if front desk lady is a licensed masseuse. I'm sure she didn't wash her hands before massaging me. She massages with awkward fast pulsing strokes. Very strange and not therapeutic and not relaxing. It was as if she didn't know how to massage. They were both nice but won't come back. At the end, she wanted a tip but was one of worst massage experiences and back still hurt after massage. read more

I like the private rooms where u do not have to share the space and noise with other customers. Stay Away and take your business elsewhere. I do not recommend them at all and would encourage any would be patient to take their business elsewhere. The staff was rude to the point of aggressive. Where to even begin?? As soon as I entered the office I could hear a very heated telephone confrontation between a staff member/office manager and some sort of creditor? Lawyer? Or perhaps a Bank representative?? It was a red flag since I could hear the caller indicating they had a claim against them. The phone was on speaker and the office manager was shouting at the caller over a claim that was filed against Long Teng. The girl in the front office was clearly mortified and kept trying to close the door and the curtain to block the noise. When I finished the paperwork and handed the girl my insurance cards, she took them to the back where the shouting woman was. She had only at that moment hung up on the caller she was earlier shouting at. There was an exchange in another language with the girl and the office manager, then, a moment later, the office manager comes CRASHING through the curtain into the lobby and yells/asks me" WHAT IS YOUR DEDUCTIBLE?' I I was momentarily shocked to have this woman suddenly yelling at ME but I answered that I was not certain but thought it was . .x. She then told me that if I didn't know, then she would have to call the insurance company but it was a huge waste of her time to do so because she was very busy and did not work for free. She said, "maybe you didn't have a job because you trying to get acupuncture in the middle of the day" But " I am a very busy woman and calling the insurance company is going to take a long time. Could even be an hour" She then asked me: "How do I know you even have insurance? since it is a weekday and you are not at work" I told her I did have insurance and was advised the treatment was covered and that I had a co-pay of $40 per office visit. She then ripped my insurance saying I probably had a high deductible because it was not good insurance and that she needed to get paid, she did not work for free and if I had a high deductible it was because I couldn't pay for better insurance and then she would never get paid. By then, another lady had come into the front lobby from the back to discuss my "bad insurance" and after some discussion in their foreign language, she agreed with the office manager, that my insurance was "no good" and I need to pay because the insurance would not cover and maybe I don't really have insurance and they don't work for free. I told them I had called several times to schedule an appointment and to provide my insurance information before my appointment, but each time I was told they didn't need it. The office manager then said she was going to have to call and who knows how long she would be on the phone and she is losing money. I then asked them to destroy my paperwork and said I would take my business elsewhere. Stay away!!! It was a horrible experience, unprofessional and reflecting poorly on the owner. Seriously, stay away from this place. There is another acupuncture clinic in the same business park that was professional and helpful. I ended up giving them my business and have even referred two friends. read more
