I would never stay there again they prefer to cater to the hockey teams and their families then…read morejust customers period because i stayed there for two nights back in February and the kids were screaming running up and down the halls late hours in the night I asked nicely many times for them to handle it and instead of telling the parents to control their kids or to quiet down past a certain time of night I got told I must not ever deal with kids and that I have to deal with it like excuse you I do know how to deal with kids and I know that you can tell them to quiet down if not they will get charged extra or kicked out or something bcuz when I was a kid I was taught to be quiet after 9 pm but these kids were as loud as can be til 1 am to me it seems like the employees didnt want to do their jobs and I was ready to yell at the parents to control their kids because they also were running around the pool and shoving each other also

Luckily there wasn't a lot of snow and we were able to get there from Zippel Bay Resort and rescue our wheel houses. So now we will be going out of Zippel Bay Resort they treat you very good there and they have steel bridges, a little farther to drive but well worth it. Better fishing also! All l'm saying is beware they are there to make that mighty dollar and really don't give a rats ass about there customers. I have waited all year for a chance to tell everyone. I'm sure there will be a lot of people that disagree with me and bash me for this, freedom of speech!
