I went here recently & I ended up getting bubbles in my nails because they were not dried enough for starters. During my nail appointment, I felt rushed to get my nails done when it should be a time to relax and decompress. The person doing my nails was very rude and acted like it was a big deal when asked to change colors because it wasn't the color I asked for. Mind you was I being very polite. I got my pedicure done and they cut my my hang nail but didn't get all of it and now I have an infection in my toe. You're better off going somewhere else. It had me so upset that I went to a another nail salon that graciously fixed my manicure. However my toe was still in massive amounts of pain.I had a wedding to go to literally the next day and now I have to go to the doctor. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

I came in on a Wednesday to get a fill and a day later the gel peeled off 3 of my nails, one of my nails chipped, and a nail came off altogether. I came back in the next day to get it fixed and they wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $30 to fix and change the color. The woman said the color I chose does that on acrylic nails. Why on earth would I put the SAME color that is peeling off on my nails to have the same problem. I'm basically paying the same price for a fill and gel color to correct a mistake they made because they are using old products. My daughter and I called to make an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures. First off I have never left a yelp review that's how bad our service was. My nail tech was so rude because I didn't like the color she picked for my inspo picture for my nails. And it was a problem for me to tell her I didn't want my nails pointy. She had an attitude right away. She did a design on my nail I didn't like and looked nothing like my inspo picture so I asked her to take it off. She had an attitude and eyes rolling because I didn't want it on my nails. I have NEVER had such a bad experience. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have been to many salons. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone! The lady doing my toes was so rude the way she talked to me and eye rolling with an attitude My daughter even txted me and said how rude she was. It seems like a bunch of kids are running this salon. The lady doing my.daughters nails acted like she didn't know what she was doing. I would have rather got glue on nails and did my toes myself if I knew our experience was going to be so bad. So again I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Long Nails & Spa. I wasn't able to give zero stars otherwise I would have. I am a very patient and understanding person. Customer service is huge this is one thing this salon doesn't have. On Saturday, May 21th, I entered the salon and noticed no customers. I had a gel manicure and pedicure at the same time. I had two people working on me. A elderly man worked on my nails. First, he was electrically filing them two hard and I cried out 2 times. My nails (with tips) lasted 2 days before they started to chip and break. This cost me $95. I think because of the economy, lack of employees and even customers, that they are not doing quality work. Go forward, I have resigned to teach myself to do my own nails via Youtube. Also there are so many new products which I can use which will be much cheaper and less painful than my visit to Long Nails. The era of artificial nails is over for me. read more

I read the mixed reviews and decided to give this place a chance anyways since the instagram pics are so nice. I went at 6 and they close at 7 so that was probably my first mistake. The pedicure was alright but looking at the paint now, it is not great. And the tech kept suggesting gel when I said I wanted regular polish. I really dislike when nail techs are pushy but other than that she was super nice. I got a fill which started a little before 7 and once all of the acrylic was on, I offered to come back tomorrow so that they did not have to stay late (and rush). They insisted I stay and they could get it done no problem. The acrylic was thick and the apex was in the middle of my nail instead of closer to my cuticle. I was not even asked the shape I wanted and told the tech I wanted sharp square. I kept asking for the nails to be filed so they look straight instead of curved and eventually showed her how to do what I was talking about. I have never done that in a salon before but I am so tired of not being happy with the shape. She filed it down as best she could and got another tech to help as well. All in all the shape and thickness are not consistent, they only applied one coat of the gel color. They were patient with my requests. I think one tech was recording me at some point since I was the only one left. I am wondering who the tech was that is doing the beautiful work on instagram. This is an awful place! Do not waste your time or money. My 25 yo daughter went here and was treated terribly. She asked for gel nails, they put on acrylic, they cut her fingers three times, refused to give her alcohol to clean the cuts, put different colored polish on each hand and when she demanded everything be fixed the male employee began to yell at her in a foreign language. He passed her off to another guy who tried to get her out of there ASAP. She is not one to make a fuss so she paid $45 instead of $60. When she got home she was in tears (which is not normal for her) so I called up there to get a full refund and ask for an apology and was denied both. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

Be careful! I recently went to Long Nails and there was a young Asian guy who did my pedicure. While I'm not complaining about the service, I want consumers to know that shortly after my visit, my debit card was cloned. What saved me was they were unable to figure out my PIN and I was smart enough to erase the 3 digit number on the back of my card. I am a creature of habit and I go to the same stores. The only place that I have not frequented is Long Nails, which leads me to believe the young guy in the salon is the culprit. A police investigation is currently pending! read more

So after the fiasco with my nails I called and spoke with the manager Rebecca and no ifs and or buts she told me to come in so she can fix it . When I got there she kept asking me who the person was to do my nails because they were a complete disaster and she told me they should have never put the gel on if I said I didn't want it and she's correct. She reshaped them so that they are straight and put the color I wanted on. I have to go back tomorrow to get my thumb nail reshaped since it's totally destroyed and she said she didn't have enough time today. So back again tomorrow for the 3rd time this week. i asked for a full set, the shaping was good i will admit. he did get this drill to close to my finger and drilled my skin which hurt a lot actually. when it came to color i picked pastel yellow color, i was really excited about, well he started with white which is normal. then did this awful neon color and when i tried to tell him it was wrong he ignored me and started banging on the uv light where my hand goes. which made me mad, when i tried to tell him again he ignored me again. well i left and came back to get my nails shorter and the correct color because i work in a restaurant i was told to wait, then he called me over and lectured me in front of the entire store, called me a liar, ask why i lied, told me next time he'll help me if i don't lie. when i told him i tried to help him twice he called me a liar again. i was willing to give them a second chance and come back to have them doing my nails again until he called me a liar. read more

This shop is a husband and wife ownership. I have been going to this shop for about nine months. There appear to be communication problems between the owners. Over the Christmas holidays, I followed all the rules and scheduled my appointment spoke with the husband after asking to speak with the wife as instructed and was told by the husband she was to busy to come to the phone and he would schedule the appointment himself. This story is too long to give all the details here. Long story short the wife proceeded to tell me she would not do my nails that night and I would need to come back the next day. No regards to me, the client; for what I had to do the next day, and that she needed to deal with her husband, not the client. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LET KIM DO YOUR NAILS!!!!!!!! Terrible attitude!! She talked down on the color i wanted, tried to change my mind. Told me the shape i wanted she couldn't do. When i wouldn't change my mind she did the shape i wanted but caked powder on in between my nails and skin. My nails were so bulky and hard in between!!! I asked her could she fix it for me and she said "if i fix it and it breaks I'm not fixing it again" she got so mad she couldn't fix it that she ask Rebecca to fix them. Which she did with no problem. When i first got up from getting my nails and feet done it was $95 after she fixed it they charged me $108 I've been going to long nails for 3 years! This happened on my 25th birthday! I even asked for wine and Kim told me "you don't want to get too drunk" i only wanted a glass and asked her how much was it she said $5 i told her i wanted a glass and she IGNORED ME. I am 2 years new to the area and a trainer at American Family Fitness referred me to Anthony at Long Nails. He is amazing and very patient as I have sensitive big toes on both feet. He is extremely busy. I have a standing appointment every two weeks. I would recommend him to anyone who has any similar issues or are particular about their feet. I am giving three stars not because of him, but because of the place itself and other services I received not from him. read more

Very seldom I yelp a business but the experience I had at this shop was terrible. When I walked in a guy asked what service did I want and then this non customer service person the works there told me to pick a color and pointed to chair. She acted like she didn't know what she was doing or just didn't want to do it. I didn't like how she was doing my pedicure because she was not experience with the tools that are used. I kindly asked her to stop because I didn't like the way she was doing it. She got mad and jumped out of chair and ran and told the guy i guess was in charge. Poor customer service. Another lady completed the job. Everyone that works there has a attitude like u are bothering them. The tech that finish my pedi also done my mani, that was a mistake she cut my cuticles and now my hands are sore and bleeding. I've been coming to Long Nails for years. They recently hired new people. The new lady they have named Kim is extremely rude. She did my nails on Saturday and asked me numerous times was I paying cash or card. She then told me my nails were 78. I received a new set which is 40 plus 5 for the coffin and 10 for the length I wanted. I gave her the 78. I saw her stick money on the desk behind her. She stuck 2 twenty's, 1 ten, and 1 five on the desk. She stuck the rest of the money in a black bag. After I left I called and spoke with a gentleman about their prices and my nails were supposed to be 55 so she pocketed my money I won't be coming back. read more

I love the techs here.. They treat me great, know me by name and listen to my needs. It is a basic nail salon that offers, alot of services, wax, eyebrows-eyelash, massage, facial, nails and more!!! They have the best prices and Rebekkah, Tommy and their nephew who does the most amazing designs.. well all of them do.. I posted a couple pics on facebook page they have... I have been there over 2-3 years!! Keep returning.. and when i cheat and have to go somewhere else.. i regret it.. closed tuesdays .. And my pedicures are the best..
