The breading had a slight spice flavoring. Some of the fish has a little stronger salt taste than I expected as most pieces did not. The fish was fresh and didn't taste/smell fishy. The fish flaked off in firm and small pieces - nicely done without too much of a grease flavor. I have to admit that I was disappointed when they handed me a couple small packets of tarter sauce. I love fish with my tarter sauce. This sauce packet was very bland and didn't do anything to help me enjoy the fish more.
