I stopped by here Monday evening 03/25/2024 @ 6:33pm pouring down raining so of course I chose the drive-thru. The lady that was initially on the mic was actually pleasant. I asked her to hold for a moment as it was hard to see the menu in the hard rain. I proceeded to ask if they had any specials on fish and chicken? No one answered and out of nowhere a rude voice stated ARE YOU ORDERING OR NOT?? I said yes I would like to order oh I may have a moment? WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? I asked if there were any specials on fish & chicken? She said naw.....of course at this point I am pissed. I placed my order with a drive up. I got to the window and I asked were you the person on the mic? She stated I just got the mic but yes. I told her she was very rude and not sure if she knew what customer service was because she definitely did not provide such. You do not say NAW to a customer and very certain she was aware how hard it was raining. I was handed my food and to my dismay of course it was ALL cold and that is ridiculous. This is the second time I have gone here and been disappointed. The first time I was at the mic and it was 8:30pm.....supposedly you close at 9pm but told me you were closed. I pulled to the window and asked for the manager he stated I am the manager. I told him just because you're not busy is no reason to close before closing and turn customers away. Food was fast, hot and delicious BUT service was not pleasant. Took a long while to be waited on to place order. No eye contact and no sorry for your waiting. When leaving (after eating) we found all doors locked. There were at least 4 people working so that wasn't the issue. Not the first time they have locked doors while we were in there but it will be out last. Will try the other one in town and I pray it is different. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! It was filthy! There were NO napkins. When I asked an employee for napkins they gave me paper towels like the ones in the bathroom dispenser. We were there about 5 o'clock and there were no other inside customers. I think they had 2 cars in the drive thru during the entire time we were there. Only drinks available were soft drinks-which I don't drink. I asked about tea and they said they were out. The tea maker was sitting there with a dirty container in front of it. No one attempted to make any tea while we were there. Out of the 4 employees that we saw, they all spent time leaned over (lounging) on the counter using their personal cell phones. Their time could have been spent cleaning the nasty counter beside the soft drink dispenser, or picking up large pieces of trash on the floor, or making tea, or cleaning the dirty tables that had obviously been dirty for quite some time considering we were the only customers the entire time we were there. I have never been inside the building but the service at the drive through is slow and inefficient for sure. You have to repeat yourself more than once and then you still don't get all your food. It kinda expensive for what you get and it's damn expensive when you don't get everything that your are supposed to and it's not that great in the first place. Like I said I have never been inside so I can't tell you if it's clean inside or not but since Covid we try to do the drive-thur thing these days if possible. So check your order before you leave to make sure your order is complete. read more

Stopped by for lunch. First thing I noted was the greasy black trail into the restaurant on the concrete sidewalk. Then there was the disgusting filthy rug with a bunch of leaves blown in before the main doors to the restaurant. The stainless steel counter where you order was sticky and streaked with what seemed like soda residue. We studied the menu and decided on the "Family Feast" that was on a poster and clearly marked at $33.39. The counter lady seemed disinterested but I asked for a sample taste of the cole slaw to see if I wanted it as a side. She asked the cook in back and he refused saying the "boss wouldn't like that". So I ordered the cole slaw and fries as the two side dishes anyway. The bill rang up at over $48.00 with 3 soft drinks at $2.39 each so I questioned how the bill was calculated. Turns out that they charged me $36.79 for the "Family Feast" and would not honor the large poster price of $33.39 saying that the price had increased and there was nothing they could do because "the boss wouldn't like it". There should never have been a prominent poster quoting a price of $33.39 and then being charged $36.79. After getting nowhere with the staff, we walked out of the restaurant and went to King Buffet in Jackson, TN and had a super lunch for less money. This restaurant sucked, it was filthy and the employees didn't seem to care at all about their customers. This was my first visit to a Long John Silver's restaurant. I will never again eat from any Long John Silver's. I won't boycott all Yum Brand foods, but I will boycott this s***. I would have gotten an equally good meal from the dumpster, and it would have been free. When I pulled up to the window I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting and deceptively accurate order taker. When I got to the window the young woman repeated the order, and I rendered payment. I received my order and, by my own admission, drove away without checking the bag. I should have know better. Upon returning home I found my order to be incomplete. The coleslaw tasted as though someone put lime rinds in it, and the fries were almost petrified. One of my shrimp pieces tasted rotten, and I had to spit it out. I threw most of my meal away, as did the others who were eating with me. The best part is yet to come. If Yum Brands wants to corner the market on Imodium, then they are doing a terrific job! Yum Brands also owns Taco Bell, also known for it's peristalsis-stimulating foods. I wish I had know to put a seat belt on the toilet bowl! Lord, have mercy... The exit was as unpleasant as the entrance. As I sat there pondering the strategies of Yum Brands I could not help but wonder how the employees of this particular Long John Silver's would feel if they and their families had to eat this s***! read more

I gave 3 stars because food is very fresh but service is slow......... Even when there's no one ahead of you in the line or drive thru

Worst service. They got mad when I asked a question about their combos! Not clean either. Will not be back.
