Aspen Tree Services of Long Island came and removed several trees from our Suffolk County property…read morein June of 2024. The company came with a large team of both male and female workers; it was evident that the team works like a "well oiled machine" as all team members were actively playing a role in ensuring that safety took precedence and that our property was respected and kept tidy. The team members diligently removed the tree parts and debris as soon as the remnants of the trees touched the ground! We received estimates from 12-15 companies, but Aspen had the most competitive price(s)! Ralph is the owner and he was an amazing, dedicated man. He stayed until 7:30 at night to ensure that ALL of the multiple stumps had been grinded down on the same day that the trees had been removed. We would absolutely, without a doubt, hire this company again: if we need additional tree services! Please note that the company willingly shared proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance) and proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, which eased our worries as customers! (Many other tree removal companies had been hesitant to provide such important information at the time when their estimates had been given.). We are grateful that this information was shared with us at the time of the estimate and without any awkward hesitation. Here's the company's website with the phone #: https://www.aspentreeli.com/ Christine from Smithtown :). Date of Service: June 27th, 2024

His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Highly recommend Master Tree Services for any tree work. Reliable, fast, and trustworthy.

He called me back the same day I reached out and came out quickly to do an estimate. What really stood out to me was that he kept his word every step of the way--something that's hard to find these days. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, right on time and ready to work. They were professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently but carefully, making sure everything was done safely and thoroughly. The job they did was AMAZING. I had trees hanging dangerously over my roof, and now I have complete peace of mind knowing my home is protected. Their pricing was very affordable, especially for the quality of work they delivered. The clean-up was incredible--you wouldn't even know they were here except for how great everything looks now! They left my yard spotless. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking tree service, this is the company to call. Great communication, fair pricing, and outstanding results. My boyfriend had trees cut down at his house and told me how excellent this company was so I gave it a shot. Not only was their price excellent but they did tons of work in less than 2 hours and you would never even know they were here except for the improvement. I'm a tree hugger so this was hard for me to do but the wisteria next door was coming through and wrapping around my trees. They cut down a big oak, took out giant box woods that got out of control and trimmed a bunch of trees. I can not believe how fast this improvement happened. I can't recommend them enough. Now that I saw with my own eyes how well they worked, I am going to hire them to come back and touch up some other things in the future. A+++ Here's a video while they were in the middle of it. I recently requested a free estimate for a property in East Quogue which required extensive tree…read morework. There were several dead and dying trees, and the remaining trees on the property hadn't been trimmed back for a good 20 years. They were overgrown. Every tree on the property needed work: either removal or extensive pruning (20+ trees). These are tall, mature white oak, pine, and maple trees. I called several tree removal companies for estimates. Santos Hernandez not only promptly called me back within an hour, he scheduled the in person estimate appointment quickly. He gave an extremely fair and competitive quote for the job after meeting me at the property and seeing the scope of work. He promptly emailed the written estimate and certificates of insurance (liability and workers comp) for review after our meeting. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and I immediately felt comfortable. (I can't say that for other companies that I felt were subtly trying to manipulate me). We accepted the quote and the job was scheduled very quickly. The 4 man crew showed up early (by 7:40 am) on the day of service and promptly started at 8 am. They were polite and extremely hard working. They worked the entire day until almost 4 pm and it was a flurry of chain saws, bucket trucks, and stump grinders- a HUGE job. They raked and cleaned up everything. They all were wonderful. You can tell they are experienced in what they do. They removed all the heavy branches overhanging the house. They checked with me as to where they could move a bucket truck during the work. They had to drive onto the lawn at points to be able to get to all the trees (which of course I didn't mind). I appreciated being asked. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and they offer extremely fair prices! This is a family run company that takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If I could give them more than five stars I would! Thank you Hernandez Tree Care Service!!
