Staff is great, hours are good. They will remember small details about you from a visit 6 months prior.

Front desk is the worst. They are not transparent on insurance coverage. Do not trust them!

Professional, friendly and personable Will definitely…read morerecommend to friends and family. Wonderful to have a great neighborhood dentist and staff

I went to Dr. Kasparian's office for the first time for X-rays and a cleaning. My initial visit was…read moreextremely pleasant. A few issues were identified that needed attention, but they were presented as nothing drastic. I was advised to make another appointment to take care of some of the work that did not require prior insurance approval. When I returned, however, the recommendation seemed completely different from what I had been told during my first visit. Once I was in the chair, I was given the impression that my teeth were in very poor condition and that significant work needed to be done right away. I felt there was a lot of pressure to proceed, and different costs and figures were being discussed quickly in a way that I found difficult to follow. Because the assessment seemed so different from my initial visit, I was uncomfortable moving forward with any treatment and decided to leave and seek a second opinion. My wife had a similar experience. She was given what sounded like a very serious prognosis, but after obtaining a second opinion, she was told that her situation was not as severe as it had initially been presented to her. I am now getting a second opinion for myself before having any work done. Based solely on our personal experiences, I would recommend being cautious and considering a second opinion before agreeing to extensive dental work. My biggest concern is the inconsistency between the recommendations we initially received and what was presented at the follow-up visits.
