We booked our cat in here because our usual trusted cattery was full, but would never do so again. Their opening hours in the morning are supposed to be between 10am and noon. At 11.40 I had taken a wrong turn, so rang to apologise and explain I might arrive slightly after noon. No answer, so I left an answerphone message. I rang again and again between 11.40 and noon, but could never get a reply. When I finally arrived at about 12.05, the place was completely deserted. Very overgrown premises, a few cats in pens. Nobody anywhere around. I rang again, but could hear the phone ringing in the empty office. You might say "noon means noon", but I do not believe there had been anyone manning the premises for a long time before noon, otherwise they would surely have realised that the phone was ringing off the hook with someone trying to get through. I had to run around for the rest of the morning trying to find a friend or neighbour to look after the cat for the weekend. Stressful for the cat AND for me. Would never trust this dotty old woman to look after my cat in future. read more
