"the cops harassed me for expired tags and found my bag of weed", etc, etc, etc. OH BOO-EFFING-HOO!! If you'd stop being a dumb-ass and follow the laws out there like you're supposed to, pay your registration on time, etc, you wouldn't have these problems. YOU are to blame, NOT the police! Believe it or not, the police are here to enforce laws and protect us and the community from any number of bad things or bad people our there. I've lived in Signal Hill almost 20 years now and have called the police a handful of times for various reasons... trespassing, a break in, people doing "things" in a parked car they shouldn't be, etc. They arrive quickly and the officers have always been polite and friendly each time I've had any interaction with them. Plus they finally got a new, much larger and up to date facility about 4-5 years ago.
