EMS, LBFD, SMH security, ER staff, phelebotomy, nurses, ER doctors and pharmacy were ALL exposed to a patient observed flicking SCABIES infestation ALL over the rooms they would enter and be treated: POORLY and it was EVERY ROOM . I said something to the doctor about the infection EVERYWHERE and they gave him permethrin. I asked for MYSELF. I had been loaned a coat for my ‍! I was DENIED, called in to LBHC got one my own no ‍ thanks to them. Their permethrin hasn't been used. He has mental health problems. Believing Acetone rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer are going to kill them. "No. Those are volatile chemicals and they are cytotoxic. I have asthma. We can't be around them." So I went to SMH ER for being assaulted without my prescription medical seizure alert PTSD SERVICE DOG RIGHTS having been violated. I had to insist LBPD take my report, only3% of disabled people report and many less than that over 55. SHAME ON YOU LBPD and he is still there trying to TOUCH me: a retired CSULB DPT CWS identifies as asexual gender nonconformist person, disabled with cvEDS AUHD c-PTSD MVP NCS Bradycardia ARRYTHYMIAS traumatic INTRACTABLE temporal and tonic clonic epilepsy. I volunteered to the RN that I was there on Monday, to explain the sequence of events that lead to the assault. I explained the exposure treatment on Wednesday. I spent Thursday at Supersuds. This was Friday night. When I finished consulting with the psychiatrist to get my rescue medication refilled after 4 months without it. He was fine with that and Epilepsy patients don't a 72 hour hold to make it happen. So I got to go. This pissed the RN off. She had to re document . She was ready to ship me out to Corona!? When security brought me back my things. I heard her telling the one carrying my water bottle backpack. Hey she said my NAME in the middle of the ER had SCABIES:(NO. I treated for them your patient had them. OMG I was being preventative and responsible professional!!!) "... she had them treated for them, so you may wanna go see " GO SEE WHAT!? ACCORDING TO MY PHARMACIST AT CVS MR GERALD AND DIRECTIONS THERE'S NOTHING TO SEE OR RISK OF ANY TRANSMISSION 48 + HOURS LATER. I went to those lengths to ask because I tried to call yesterday and speak with the charge nurse about having my Hippa violated. And to tell her about THEIR infestation! I started to explain the male providers not showing their names violated my VAWA rights requesting a female in the room. I have autism and was told to "...wait outside there are people in there." Huge civil ADA rights violations Then both VAWA and ADA putting me in a room alone after law enforcement interrogated me about my assault with NO offer of DV advocate services. ER care provider never introduced himself I don't know what he was other than an insensitive, ignorant, chauvinist, heteroist, bully and has NO business practicing healthcare! Napoleon syndrome big-time ‍ I called the charge nurse to tell her that her RN had violated my Hippa - The charge nurse defended her ‍I told her male triage at the door covers his badge and violated my LGBTQIA VAWA and ADA civil rights before I got in the door and it was the same way with the man sent to me after I reported an assault. I had to request FEMALE providers. And I was struggling with how this nurse now had me at CVS PHARMACY and there was a diagnosis on my prescription and they're about to go to lunch... THE CHARGE NURSE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION INCLUDING AN APPROPRIATE CONSEQUENCES FOR THOSE INVOLVED! SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I GUESS LONG BEACH DISABILITY AND CA DISABILITY RIGHTS AND I WILL HAVE TO CALL PATIENT SERRVICES NEXT...‍ I used to go to SMH. When I was in PT school. I learned a lot there. That was 30 years ago. My Gawd have times changed!

I was given a referral to see an ancillary provider three weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear that someone actually received the referral. if they ever do I expect several days of back-and-forth phone calls, messaging and long wait times on hold to find out if an appointment is actually available The last 2 times I connected with the staff to refer a question to the doctor( staff whose specific job is to coordinate between me and the doctor.) I waited over two weeks despite multiple follow up calls and still had to hound them to get some kind of response. The doctor is in the office only once or possibly twice a week and forget anyone being able to contact her any other time. Except when I am speaking, face-to-face with the doctor once a month, or with the med techs in irvine who do scans and blood draws, I feel like a widget. The outcome of cancer treatment has been proven to correlate with the quality of relationship to the "providers. ". So, City Of Hope, excellent care?

Paid for the pills, now have to pay for the injections. Terrible. No one knows what's going on. I don't trust them. PSA is not going down after 4 rounds. Maybe that's not even chemo in that bag. I just don't trust them.

Ever since after New Years in 2024 both Healthnet and Molina purposely switched me to a different provider even when I didn't permit. Let alone they call nonstop with whatever they want to call about and sending diabetic tests to people who didn't ask for it. After them switching me to a different provider that was the last straw to end my trust both with Molina and Healthnet. I don't know what they were on when they decided to join hand in hand together but in seriousness they are not helpful at all. Even when you want to call on behalf of a family member you can't because the family member has to call instead of the caller. I'm done with Molina and Healthnet for good for real

I have had nothing but issues just within the first few weeks. I already had to cancel appointments with my longtime Cardiology center and my long time eye doctor, as both do not accept the coverage. My other three main doctors DO - but - it has been a mess with all of them having to jump thru hoops and get special permission just to have my regular procedures done (ie. Botox and Nerve Blocks every 3 months). Some of my most important medicines are no longer covered. The only incentive I could see as a positive that I didn't have before was a small monthly allowance to purchase "very select" OTC drugs and other health accessories. Whatever you don't use does carry over - but realistically - you're not going to need to buy bottles of Tyelnol or Alka-Seltzer or ICY-HOT or cough drops every month - right? It's a perk if you need it - and sure you can stock up - but after maybe a few months, it just becomes a pile of money on a card you can't spend anywhere else, or on anything else. I will probably be going back to standard Medicare A&B and Medicaid ASAP. Almost all of my doctors and specialists took it, and I had few problems.
