They dropped what they were doing and went right to work. They were on the phone and the computer for over an hr. They were able to get me the answers I wasn't able to get. They did all this before I was even their customer. I could tell they cared about helping me, not worried if I was their customer or not! You call them now and the phone connection is always bad, and they act like they can't hear you. Now, you call and there is no customer service. No one answers. No one returns phone calls. You send an email, and you never hear back. It has actually become frightening to know they are/were the go between. I asked that they look into finding a better price and the could not/would not. But my ex goes in, and they miraculously find a policy $1,000 cheaper. That is why I am moving all my insurance policies today. Sorry to see the fall of this once great agency.
