You call them now and the phone connection is always bad, and they act like they can't hear you. Now, you call and there is no customer service. No one answers. No one returns phone calls. You send an email, and you never hear back. It has actually become frightening to know they are/were the go between. I asked that they look into finding a better price and the could not/would not. But my ex goes in, and they miraculously find a policy $1,000 cheaper. That is why I am moving all my insurance policies today. Sorry to see the fall of this once great agency.
