I have used them on about 4 different occasions, even a move of some furniture from Dallas to Houston, and will be using them again to move some items into storage. The movers are ALWAYS polite, prompt, and professional and Mac is about as friendly as they come. I remember on one occasion, the movers were running a little late and not only did Mac contact me, but he even showed up and helped the movers load my items into the truck... amazing customer service! I found them on Craigslist years ago, and have been a customer since. Give them your business, you won't be disappointed!

If I were not on a crunch timeline, I would've kept searching but if you have a large heavy massage chair, they can do it. We called for a Saturday job since I needed to move out by sunday. A previous mover hired on Thursday could not move it and they were honest about it. Strongman contacted their mover and the price was reasonable. We wasted 5 hours waiting. Then they came out and couldn't do the job due to not having the right parts nor the right person. We rescheduled to Sunday at 7 am and it look less than an hour. I was happy once completed but no one called me on Saturday. I phoned each hour for an update.

I live in an apartment and A-Team restoration are the contracted people who were used to remove my…read morecarpet. They invoiced my apartment complex for $135.21 for a seal treatment. I asked my apartment management and they told me this company said I had pet damage. I asked for the pictures of the supposed damage. My apartment didn't have any and told me to call the company and gave me the number. I called Jan. 15th, spoke with Martha told her about the charges. She kept telling me I needed to speak to my apartments about that. I asked if they had pictures and she kept trying to redirect me to speak to my apartment complex. YOU are the people who charged me and YOU do not have any pictures to show me the "damage" that was supposedly UNDER the 10 year old carpet. My dog was caged almost 95 % of the time I left my apartment. It should be a standard practice to have pictures of DAMAGES you are about to charge someone. BEWARE OF SHADY UPCHARGES!!!!

So, it was a no-brainier to reach out to them. Totally professional experience. What can I say, they went beyond just helping me buy my first home, they treated me like family through the whole process from beginning to end. They recently assisted me again in helping me sell my first home and buy a 2nd home. Excited that with today's market my first homes value practically doubled so needless to say this was a smart real estate investment. We closed on that house & used that money for a new house. I have nothing but great things to say about them! I continue to recommend friends & family to VP. Hands down I would use their services again in the future & without hesitation.

We simply cannot recommend this company enough...they are by far the most professional team of people we have come across. Sean Q. is the guy you want to ask for...he is knowledgeable, exceptionally courteous and goes out of his way to assist you throughout the entire process. We have a very large space that had a lot of problem areas (uneven ground, water logged areas) and so were unsure of getting just certain areas done or the whole back garden. Sean was patient and very responsive as we went back and forth, and we are thrilled with the end result. The whole garden has been completely transformed and it was worth every penny. We didn't actually realize just how much work was involved. Cannot say enough positive things about the crew that carried out the work either...they were highly skilled, punctual and polite. They simply went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Synthetic Grass Pros!!
