We ordered knotty alder interior doors through a local door company. The doors once delivered and stained by professional painters (25+ years experience) were found to have various blotches and hand marks on the wood. Upon inspection, you could even see glue in the grain. This door company and the local lumber flat-out blamed the painter. After several weeks of haggling, 10 doors of the 28 were replaced. The clincher as to the cause was determined as two these replacement doors ALSO had the same problem. In the end, their rep refused to return calls from our contractor. This took a total of 6 months to complete. Can I recommend this co? No. I have been told that their doors are now made overseas. Wherever made, they need to teach their assemblers how to apply glue as a basic function.

Dena was very helpful in helping me figure out what products I needed and in getting me timely and accurate quotes. I ended up buying a number of panels from them and picked them up at their Galt location. The staff there were friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that I brought the wrong vehicle to pick up the panels (my station wagon) they went out of their way to make sure the load was balanced and did not scratch my roof! Next time I'm definitely going to bring a truck & trailer. There is plenty of room in the back lot to turn around and they load the panels with a fork lift. My tip if you purchase panels from them - buy twice as many screws as you think you need!

On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
