With that being said... here is why you need to hire Nate Richey: My husband and I decided to skip the extravagant pricey venue and get married in our backyard with our closest friends and family. We wanted our special day to be very casual while still being intimate, beautiful, and a ton of fun for our guests. We spent most of our attention on decorating the backyard and spent the entire wedding day smoking over 100 pounds of meat (oh yeah, you heard me... pork, brisket, rabbit, chicken, sausage... you name it) and an array of other goodies for our guests. Our day turned out so wonderfully and we couldn't have been more blessed. The weather was amazing, our guests were amazing, and everyone had such a great time. Now on to Mr. Nate Richey... We'd heard great things about Nate's drone videography skills and thought it would be super fun to commission Nate to capture some "overhead video" of our casual little event. He asked us if we wanted some "regular video from the ground" as well, and of course we were happy to oblige and see what he could capture for us. The wedding party started early and lasted all day long....ALL. DAY. LONG. The day was so busy and fun that I barely noticed that Nate spent the entire day behind the camera and had been recording video and images throughout the entire event. We never realized the extent of what he had captured until he presented it to us a day later. No, not even a day later. Less than 24 hours later. We adore Richey Aspects because Nate went above and beyond what we needed and beyond what our imaginations were capable of. He made our cozy, rustic, frugal little Wedding day look ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and super chic. We never gave him any instructions or indicators of what we wanted the "look" to be or what to get footage of... honestly we are way too laid back and had no idea what to tell him to do. Thankfully Nate is a professional and knew exactly what to do and what to capture from the very start. He captured everything with such incredible attention to detail and used some kind of sorcery to make our day look so timeless and lovely. Plus the music that he added into the video was absolutely wonderful. I'm addicted to watching our wedding video now. Seriously. It's been about 2 months since we got married and I've stopped wearing mascara so I can sneak the video into my day without evidence staining my cheeks. Also, I have to repeat that it took Nate less than 24 hours to create this beautiful work of art for us. I need to share this so you can see what I am talking about and see why you need to use Nate Richey if you want an artist to capture your beautiful memories. Our Wedding Video (RicheyAspects): https://youtu.be/IjM6-D-Kub0 We are in awe of Nate's eye for detail and we will be calling him for all future photography and videography services. Don't even take a second to think about it. Do it. This man is amazing and extremely talented. Nate Richey, you have our business for life. Thank you again for all of your help, your dedication, and your expertise. - Pris & Rob

First of all, the Scotty camper is adorable and aesthetically pleasing on the outside and inside. Secondly, the props were so creative and our guests had so much fun taking pictures and being silly. The camper was non- stop action all night and gave guests who needed a place to go for break from the band and noise. The pictures printed immediately and were high quality. Katy was great work with, she communicated clearly, , set up the schedule before the event and created artwork that mirrored the wedding invitations. Cherie and Eric were at the wedding and were wonderful with the guests; they explained the process, were patient, fun and friendly. The icing on the cake was the album created and signed with personal messages from the guests from pictures taken as well as a digital file with photos from the evening. The Candid Camper was an awesome addition to our daughter's wedding.

I recently moved out after 5 years of living here. When I first moved in I was impressed…read more Management was inviting and seemed to truly care about the property and the residents. They threw a party at the pool and it was a lot of fun. After the first year things started to go downhill. The manager began to show that she really does not like her job. To get things fixed for many people became hard. For whatever reason they feel like one person can handle the maintenance for such a large property, shame on them. Only the first two years that I lived there did the pool open up at a decent time. After that, the pool got disgusting, full of green and they wouldn't clean open it. They used Covid is an excuse to not open it then they always claimed there were parts that needed to be ordered and still did not open it. Which may be true but wasn't addressed until the regional office was made aware. When it was open, it was literally open for less than a month right at the end of summer when people are ready to go back to school and there is no point in it being open. Let's talk about washers and dryers. If you are considering living here, be aware that they will not let you have your own washer and dryer because they provide one. With that being said you should hope that it does not break. While I personally did not have an issue in that area, many of the residents did and still do. When I left, there are still several residents that have one or the other broken and have yet to have it fixed. People are having to go to the laundromat to get their laundry done, it is not right that they provide them and will not let you have your own, but they do not get in any hurry to fix them. Chante Clearly hates her job. I personally never had any issues with the assistant manager, Evelyn she was always professional. If she did not like me I would have never known because she always acted and spoke in a professional manner unlike Chante who has a bullying disposition. Chante also has favorites. She continued to let a resident live above me that was harassing me and doing unacceptable acts towards me and this is because she personally knew her. This is information that I got from a very liable source. It is sad because the property is beautiful and the apartments are very spacious and nice, but they will let anybody live there and continue to do things like flood your apartment several times before they put them out. If you are living there and have troubles, I highly suggest you contact Estephany at the main office. Her number is (714) 474-5958. She is the regional manager. If you live there and you are not getting things fixed, I highly suggest you contact the city enforcement code department. Here is their number.254-750-5970. Of course, they will try to respond to say that this is not how they want to run business and for me to contact the office, but in reality, they just want to say that to look like they care. I truly believe the assistant manager does all that she can do, however, the main manager needs to be replaced. She hates her job and it shows. She has favorites and that shows. Positive reviews have been paid for through offering prizes and so forth, so you cannot rely upon them. I hope that she can find elsewhere and allow someone to step into that position who would run that position in the professional manner that it should be. I hope that they can get the property back the way it used to be and ran the way it should be so that people can truly have a nice place to live. She can say what she wants against all that I have had to say, but I have proof to back up every claim I have made. The fact that they want to charge almost $2000 for those three bedroom apartments that and considering the location they are in is ridiculous. You can move to Hewitt and play significantly less for a duplex that is well maintenance and taken care of and not deal with the crap that comes with Barrons Branch. No need to respond with false excuses Chante. You know this is all facts. I have said what I need to say and can now truly close that chapter.

From the moment we arrived, the home felt thoughtfully curated, comfortable, and elevated--perfect for a special celebration and quality time together. The attention to detail really stood out. One of our favorite touches was the coffee setup--there were three different ways to make coffee: a French press, a percolator, and a traditional coffee pot. It felt indulgent and intentional, like staying somewhere that truly understands how important a great morning coffee can be. Sitting back and enjoying coffee together made our mornings feel slow, cozy, and special. The location was unbeatable.
