It's open 24 hours with key access, which was a plus. Breakfast was basic but decent--eggs, waffles, bagels, pastries, and cereal. If you're not picky, it does the job. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. After asking for by ID, he asked for my credit card info, I politely said no. I knew it was covered by my company. He asked again & I insisted it wasn't needed. Then he finally gave me my room key. The room was large, spacious, & overall clean. The bathroom was also very spacious, but I felt the floor was dirty and sticky. Overall, I'm giving it 3.5 stars (rounding up to 4). While it wasn't terrible by any means, I'd just prefer to stay elsewhere.

The shower (which had awful water pressure, barely trickles) had an ugly yellowish color scheme for its tiles. The bed is weirdly high up and medium-firm but comfortable enough. I have become spoiled by hotels that feature Netflix, YouTube, and/or other apps/services in addition to live TV. This TV was a regular TV and nothing more, which is not a huge problem itself. Even so, it was a bit jarring to see, especially since its "TV guide" channel looked straight out of the early 90s. The free shuttle is great. It makes stops anywhere people want, which is understandable, and the airport is huge, so build in some extra time. We had a bit of a scare because the driver was said to be a bit late, but we then got an update a few minutes later that the driver would be on time, and he was! Phew.

I asked to speak with a manager and was told I'd have to wait until MONDAY. I was leaving Sunday. What kind of place has no management available on weekends? So I called the corporate helpline. At which point I was told, the manager of the hotel refused to give me a refund and that was within his right due to fine print (we could only cancel a room 72hrs in advance, so prior to us even booking the first night ‍). I went back to the front desk and asked for compassion from the manager as it's 100% in his discretion, it's bad enough having to change flights and leave a city a day early due to family emergency, don't add insult to my injury. However, the manager (Rahul Sharma), didn't care and let us know Best Western Doesn't Give A S*** about my business or my problems. All that said, it wasn't a great stay to begin with, the room temp was inconsistent and it needed a deep cleaning. I recommend, if you're starting in the Euless area, try the La Quinta across the street.
