Good people. Prostitutes and plenty of drugs. This motel has it all. Wow. What a motel.

My stay at this Hyatt Place was unfortunately very disappointing. Breakfast was terrible -- the…read morefood was cold, the options were extremely limited, and even the bagels weren't pre‑cut, which meant trying to slice them with a plastic knife was almost impossible. For a hotel breakfast, the quality and setup were far below expectations. While the city's main water line breaking was outside the hotel's control, the way the situation was handled made everything significantly worse. I woke up at 6 a.m. with no running water and a room phone that didn't work, so I called the front desk from my cell. The employee (I believe his name was Sorios) was extremely rude, snarky, and dismissive. He told me I could "go downstairs and get a water bottle to brush my teeth," and when I explained I was in pajamas and asked if it could be brought up, he said he had "more calls to answer," as if the request was unreasonable. He then made a sarcastic remark about "writing down that I wanted them to predict when the water line would break." His tone and attitude were disrespectful and completely unprofessional during an already stressful situation. The beds were also very hard, which added to an overall uncomfortable stay. The one truly positive part of this experience was Renee, the front desk manager. She was warm, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. Her professionalism and kindness stood out immediately. I even called Hyatt directly to make sure she received the praise she deserves. If the water situation had been fixable, I would have stayed longer because of her alone. This review reflects the hotel experience as a whole and does not reflect on Renee in any way. She was amazing and the only bright spot of this stay. Renee deserves a raise and a promotion. She is what hospitality needs!!! Renee THANK YOU!!

They have comp breakfast, but nothing special about it. Staff are very friendly. Lots of parking. Lights, A/C, outlets, and water pressure for the shower and toilet worked fine. A few stains here and there on the walls, but mostly a nice hotel room. It could use a deep clean because the carpet is a bit dirty looking lol.

Check-in was quick--they gave me two bottles of water and offered cookies. My room was nice, though it had a strange smell that only went away when the A/C was running. I prefer not to have my room cleaned during my stay, and the staff respected the "do not disturb" sign I left on the door each day. The ice machine on my floor was broken, so I had to go to the first floor for ice and water. The elevator made some concerning noises both while waiting and riding it, but it worked fine. The gym was better than most hotel gyms. It had five treadmills, a cable machine, a Peloton bike, dumbbells up to 50 lbs, benches, towels, and cleaning spray. It's open 24 hours with key access, which was a plus. Breakfast was basic but decent--eggs, waffles, bagels, pastries, and cereal. If you're not picky, it does the job. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The convenience of the on-site training and easy highway access, plus the short drive from DFW airport, made this a solid hotel choice.

While he is booking someone in without a reservation. Somehow again hilton has beat a paying customer out of their reserved rights. They had no assistance even after I called the Hilton service desk. Hilton has gone down hill. Should have known after staying there almost a year and a half after a fire made it required to rebuilt my home I didn't qualify for even permanent diamond. Sad but many services are just making money without any service to the customer this Tru was one. If you enjoy hostels and only staying a night or 2 with kids maybe try a Tru but definitely not this one. Hilton needs to do better.

They have complimentary Lavazza coffee/teas available 24/7. The hotel is tucked between the NE Mall and TCC campus next to some apartments, so a fairly quiet neighborhood, considering it's right next to the highway. We stayed here for the wknd with the pups, while visiting my parents in Ft. Worth. Very affordable hotel and the staff was nice. The breakfast was generally the same each morning with a change with the protein (scrambled eggs, toast, pork sausage patties/maple sausage, cereal, automatic self service pancake machine, and juice machine). It was quiet one night, then had a bit of a noise disturbance the next night. There was a family with kids parading down the halls past 10pm, and set off one of my pups. We were able to quiet her down, but the noise from the folks in the hallway didn't diminish. Not sure exactly what was going on, but people will be people. But I probably will stay here again next time I'm in Ft. Worth bc I won't let that ruin my experience.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows more fluffy. Our towels, and bed linen were all crisp. This hotel is pushed back off of the highway though, if you are driving too fast welp you'll miss it and have to make a u-turn or go all the way around into back streets. Be careful cause this are has Police cars patrolling like flies. Not quite sure if they were out like this because of last nights Fight with Mike Tyson or it's just where they're known to patrol regularly. Either way it goes I felt safe in an area that I'd never been before. Overall this is the La Quinta to visit if you are looking for cleanliness, hospitality, Quality, a complimentary breakfast, and great relaxation. The staff and management all were welcoming with smiles on their faces. Maybe it's just me but I'm noticing that certain parts of Texas still have hospitable areas. Just my opinion though. 10/10

As soon as I gave my credit card over the phone, the guy just hung up on me. I called back thinking maybe it was a dropped call -- nope. He hung up. Straight up. He said I'd get confirmation by email -- never got it. I called again the day of arrival to make sure everything was good. No help. Just the same excuse: "Check your email." I spelled it out multiple times. Still nothing. When I got there, the TV didn't even work. The front desk guy had the worst attitude I've ever dealt with -- unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I'd have to wait until MONDAY. I was leaving Sunday. What kind of place has no management available on weekends? And then -- surprise -- they overcharged me. I paid for two nights, but there was an extra charge for a night I wasn't even there. When I called again to ask, they refused to give me any real answers or connect me with someone in charge. Total scam behavior. This place is rundown, overpriced, and the staff clearly don't care. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.
