The Londis store is located on the corner of Boundary Road, a twenty five minute walk north from the City Centre. On street parking is available, but in the evening residential parking will affect this. The store is typical of the chain. It has a small interior. The front part sells sandwiches, sausages (which can be heated there in a microwave) and coffee (straight from a machine). There is a newsagent area selling main stream newspapers and magazines. An on site bakery provides fresh breads and cakes. A refridgerated area where milk, cheese and freshly made sandwiches are store. There is a surprisingly large off licence area as well. It is amazing just how much is packed into such a small shop! Special Offers are limited however. I would recommend this shop for convenience to those in the area but the prices are higher than supermarket chains. read more
