I'm still not sure why they didn't call me, and according to the delivery lady, the reason for the early delivery is because the flowers were put in the wrong bin, or something. Regardless, why ask me specifically for a date of delivery if that isn't going to matter? The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is because they offered my wife a free arrangement on our anniversary, so at least they're trying to make it right. Although I've been a loyal customer since…read moretheir opening recent interactions have just left a really bad taste in my mouth and I feel that the customer service has really dropped off and left a lot to be desired. We had Hot Springs replace our pool liner last year due to a tree falling into the pool in a windstorm. Since I wanted everything new I purchased new fittings and trim pieces to go with the new liner not realizing they were included with the liner. No big deal. I'll just return them. Except their technicians took my parts when they left. By the time I sorted it out I was beyond my return window. To top it off the new liner leaked losing an inch of water per day. It took them a month and a half to finally seal the leak while they constantly kept trying to blame my light niche for the leak, which cost me another $80 needlessly on an underwater sealant. On top of that they failed to properly seat the edge of the liner into the rails and the liner pulled out after being filled. It took hours to stretch the liner back into place. The install technician told me they would credit me back for my extra expenses and hassle. But when I went in to settle up....no credits at all. Refused to reimburse for the $80 sealant. Refused to credit for the parts they took and were now in their inventory to use and beyond my return window. Refused to credit for the water loss. Instead they returned the parts to me which I have zero use for until I replace my liner again and still wouldn't need because they come with the liner. I've literally spent thousands at this business as well as trying to promote them because I believe in supporting small business and they don't seem to care. If that's how you treat loyal customers then you don't deserve loyal customers. I'll take my business where it's appreciated.

The young lady at the counter followed us mercilessly. Not just nearby or in the same section of the store, but right next to us at all times. It felt as though we were thieves just waiting to be caught. I understand watching overall, but it was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to shop. What sealed the deal for us was there were 20% signs all over the honey side of the store. And when we asked a question about a lotion we wanted to buy, she said sorry the sale was over. Rather than honor the sale and take the signs down, she did not honor it. We decided to not to purchase because it felt wrong that it was not honored. Prices here are extremely high, which I understand with hand made local items, but to not honor a discount that was clearly marked on top of that, was off putting. It's sad because it only harms the locals putting there items in the store.
