The instructor was super nice, knowledgeable, and really encouraging the entire time, which made it easy to jump right in even as a beginner. I loved the overall feel of KickHouse. It's such a positive, high-energy environment. The class itself was definitely a workout. I was sweating like crazy, but the music was high-vibe and kept me going the whole time. The 45 minutes flew by so fast. The location is in a plaza, so just keep in mind that parking is shared, but it wasn't an issue when I went. The studio itself is a really good size, with about 15-16 stations (bags/spots) set up for the class, so it didn't feel overcrowded.

We were both able to keep up and will definitely be back! The staff made us feel welcomed, they explained everything before, during and after. They checked on us during the workout to make she we had proper form and to also give encouragement. The music was great, high energy! It's a small studio, u walk in and put your belongings in a cubby or on the bench. They also have lockers in the back. Two bathrooms, one in front and one in back. If u don't have your own boxing gloves u can borrow theirs. They also sell new gloves that come in really cool colors and are reasonably priced. They sell other merch too.

I did the KickStart class with Geremiah and whew it was GREAT, definitely challenging as I haven't done kickboxing before but both Geremiah and Yvonne helped the newbies the whole class and made sure we could keep up.
