Really cute spot with fresh sandwiches. Think of sandwiches you would make at home with really great ingredients. One thing to consider is that there is no inside seating and only two small tables outside. We ended up grabbing our brown bags from here and walking over to the mission to eat at their picnic tables. The service was quick- they were a little pricey but worth it for the ingredients in my opinion. Great stop on the way to the coast.

This little shop is amazing! The sandwich's are some of the best I have ever had. They are huge for the price and taste like they're made with lots of precision and care. I've been here a handful of times and it never disappoints. It's a must try if you're stopping in San Juan Bautista!

a bit pricy, but sandwich tasted great. sandwich is a little tiny but still filling. they sometimes run out of stuff on their menu so beware! nice spot for a quick lunch.

Today I had lunch at Lolla's for the first time. I ordered the Reuben and tomato basil soup. The Reuben was large and good, the soup was delicious. Because the sandwich was so large I ended up eating only half. The next time I'll order the half sandwich with soup. It was nice eating outside Lolla's in San Juan Bautista today!

High quality sandwiches! Not a sit down restaurant, though they do have a small table outside. My husband and I tried the Kimchi Reuben and Mission Melt and loved both!! Never had a kimchi Reuben before, and now I want all my Reuben's to have kimchi in them!

Great sandwiches on our stop at San Juan Bautista. Always worth it when traveling here or through here. The Reuben with kimchi, BLT, and grilled cheese all were enjoyed

Food experience worthy of visual immortalization!

Amazing sandwiches - BTLT with avocado is my favorite and I don't stop by as much as I'd like to but I would definitely recommend Lola!

They have: * breakfast items like avocado toast & breakfast burritos * salads * great sandwiches * wood-fired pizza * dessert pastries * A nice selection of micro-brew beers on tap Service is fast, and they're happy to explain the menu or recommend things. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. There is indoor seating and a nice patio area (which is dog friendly). My favorite sandwich is the buratta - roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, pesto, and balsamic vinegar on a ciabatta roll. (I always split it with my dog.) By the way, the name is an homage to the classic Alfred Hitchcock film "Vertigo" (1958). The climactic scene in the movie was filmed at Mission San Juan Bautista.

My husband and I both got our regular vanilla lattes and I got a chorizo burrito while he ordered a regular breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious!! (Highly recommend, but you don't have to take my word for it.) We came back a couple weeks later and this time I got the Spellbound (i believe it's a cappuccino with briwn sugar). Their coffee is so smooth and has a nice body. I'm so happy we have a café to go to that's local and flavorful. (It might just take the lead on my Taylor Lane...)

My wife is vegan, and I love vegan food, so we decided to take a Sunday drive and check out the brunch offerings! Upon arriving, we quickly came to realize that space is super limited inside. There's really just one spot right inside the door. There were two tables out in front, however it was raining and that wasn't going to work for us. We did eye one other table inside, and they quickly cleared it off and were super willing to accommodate us, especially since we mentioned we had come down from San Jose in the rain, and had been looking forward to the experience. After looking at photos online, it's possible there might be a patio in the back, but again, my guess is it would be weather permitting. Just a heads up to plan accordingly when coming here, as space is limited. Rafael operates the Cali Caffeine part of the business, and right away he made me a very tasty vanilla americano, and my wife had a specialty latte made with oatmilk. Super good and paired wonderfully with our food. Maria operates Cultiva, and is the chef and prepares the food. She was so warm and welcoming, and she made us some of the best vegan dishes we've had outside of our own home. We ordered three items and shared: Waffle - Banana Brulee, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup Chilaquiles - House Red Sauce, Corn Chips, Crema, Onion, Queso Fresco Milanesas with Famous Mom's Macaroni Salad - rice & mushroom medley "steak" milanesas paired with creamy, flavorful macaroni salad In addition to the above, we also got to try a side of spicy garlic potatoes, with chipotle sauce, spring onions, and arugula. The food was incredible and the flavors were delectable! Everything was made with thought and care, and it truly came through in every bite. We are so glad we took the drive out and met these wonderful people, ate some delicious food, and had an amazing experience. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you so much Maria and Rafael!

First off, the portion sizes are crazy generous -- seriously, you will NOT leave hungry. A huge shoutout to Roxanna, who gave us some of the best customer service we've ever had. She greeted us the moment we walked in and told us to sit anywhere we liked. Menus were brought out immediately, and when I asked for recommendations, she gave super detailed info about the menu favorites -- including her personal picks. Thanks to her suggestions, I ordered the Mushroom Burger with garlic fries, and WOW... hands down the best garlic fries I've ever had. The burger was insanely delicious and packed with flavor. I tried my best to finish it, but the portions were so big I had to tap out (even after sharing fries!). My son ordered onion rings and a cookies & crème milkshake, and he loved both. We shared the onion rings because he couldn't finish them either -- again, HUGE portions. And according to him, the milkshake is the best ever. Service-wise? Easily a 10-star experience. Roxanna checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and I noticed she treated all the customers with the same level of friendliness and attention. She's patient, personable, and really elevates the whole dining experience. We'll definitely be back -- this just became our new go-to spot!
