The sales team is slimy and the service sucks My mom went in there for a issue with her car and she was quoted almost 1200+ tax for a bad ABS sensor in the wheel Then when I said to drop the car because I can fix it for a $200 with light mechanical knowledge, they offered her 570+ tax because it was already up and being worked on I went to talk to the manager, Carl, and he had no idea what was going on. Despite the fact, he told me that the whole engine's wiring harness would have to be replaced because he said part of their ABS systems are all part of the same harness as the engine wiring harness when anybody with a brain or Google knows that ABS systems have their own computer and their own wiring off that computer that has nothing to do with the engine wiring harness. All they could do is quote her $570 plus tax for a rubber Gromit on the washer reservoir because the wiper fluid was not working and 3 1/2 hours of labor for something that I just fixed in less than 30 minutes with no certifications or schooling just as a mechanic as a hobby I'm telling you as one person with a heart to please read the reviews on the sales and service of this place before you go there to buy a car or have your car fixed because this type of dealership is white all dealership dealerships have bad names If I could write the zero stars and shut this place down I would but I have stopped 74 people from ever coming here again and within the next couple weeks of people watching my videos and seeing what they did and how they treated people I'm sure it will stop thousands of people from ever coming back here again

****Update they won't fix my sensor under the warranty because apparently the believe my car was hit*****some one make that make sense. Isee no damage to this vehicle*

This is a shame because I have been getting an oil change from this place for a couple years now with no issue. Didn't think of it at the time because I spend more time in my work vehicle. But turned on the car I see washer guild empty. Even though they said they checked and filled on the receipt. Things happen and it is a couple bucks to get from Walmart. But after getting fluid. Lifted the hood. I see the cap looks cut. Ok not the worse thing. But I filled it up and it started leaking on the garage floor. What are they doing? It is like they are purposely sabotaging the machine to get you to come back in and have to you spend money on it. Makes me wonder what else they are doing. If you have an issue after any service I would drive right back to the dealership and have them fix the issue.

This $1818.65 list shows what Lokey Kia wanted to charge me for things they said my car needed when I went in for my free oil change.

Bought my 2016 Kia Soul at Lokey Kia brand new. (Never a good idea to buy a new car but that's a different subject.). Love the idea that I get free oil changes for life and I have to admit their waiting room is fairly nice. You get free pastries, snacks and beverages and there's a TV and reasonably comfortable chairs. However, every time I've been there for an oil change I've had to wait at least two or three hours because they spend that time looking for things they can do to your car that will separate you from your money. Then they present you with an outrageous list of things they think you should fix. Of course being the astute old lady geezer widow that I am, I smile and leave. Then I call my best auto mechanic friend and my out-of-state brother (also an auto mechanic genius) and then based on their advice I take my car to my regular auto repair shop and get maybe one or two things done that actually need to be done for lots less money. At my last oil change my car radio didn't work. Lokey Kia wanted to charge me $1132 to fix it. I took it to Radio Active Car Audio and they fixed it for $117. The kicker is that Lokey Kia charged me $99.99 that I had to pay just to tell me that my car radio didn't work.

Overpricing cars and taking advantage of customers during shortage. Wouldn't but anything over MSRP.

Michael listened to me and understood what I wanted to do and he and his manager Lance Parrott jumped through hoops to make it happen.

Took no time to install and I was on my way and it was much cheaper than going to the dealership. Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. He ordered a new one that would fix the issue and was back out to install within days. Even though I should've gone with the dealer mirror initially, it was still much cheaper. His prices, service, warranty and kindness are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Butch handled the diagnosis with precision and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly inspect the system instead of just guessing at the issue. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered. Honest, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft--if you own a classic GM, this is the man to trust

I cannot say enough good things about Supreme Autocare…read more I had my Mercedes GLB towed there when my check engine light started flashing, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. Supreme Autocare has absolutely earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
