I am a new patient and scheduled an appointment with your office for April 16. When I made the…read moreappointment, I requested an ASL interpreter, and your staff confirmed that one would be provided. Later, I received a call from Michelle stating that no interpreter was available because the interpreter is on vacation. She asked me to bring a family member to interpret. I clearly explained that this is not appropriate and that I have the right to a qualified interpreter under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I also suggested using a different interpreting agency, but she refused. Additionally, she changed my appointment date to April 20 without my agreement. My schedule should not be changed due to the interpreter's availability--I expect your office to arrange appropriate services. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled, including being hung up on during our call. I expect equal access to services, just like any other patient. Please confirm that a qualified ASL interpreter will be provided for my appointment and that my original schedule will be respected. I asked to speak with a manager; however, she refused to provide the manager's contact information.

This Dr. Should be teacher other Doctors patient care. His bed side manner is top tier. He's…read morefriendly, he's funny, bust most importantly he's knowledgeable and talks to his patients like they are people. He educates his patients in a way that is effective. You truly leave feeling heard and seen. My 16 year old loves sports, unfortunately I don't think sports love her. Every year for the past 5 years she's broken or dislocated something. Dr. Ravindran has seen her for 3 of the 5 injuries and no one comes close to him on patient care. In fact yesterday we came from an appointment with another physician in ortho and it was horrible she was very mono tone no personality and my daughter felt she talked down to her. Today I'll be calling to get in with Dr Ravindran. We live well over an hour away and will happily drive to get scheduled with him and his team.

I arrived at my appointed time and was greeted by the front desk associate. I wanted to leave after her poor treatment of me. She told me about the 15 minute arrival time and I explained but she said they have to tell everyone that. Cool, but there was nothing I could do about it at that time. She was snooty and gave me the side eye when I glanced at my phone. Granted, it is difficult to communicate these days with masks on, but I felt she was frustrated with me by making her repeat herself on a few questions. Had I not had a more pleasant experience after this, I would not return. BTW the only paperwork was a one pager that took 30 seconds to complete. Dr. Meleski and her medical assistant were super nice and I absolutely appreciated their kindness.

Only two doctors in this office. It's very clean and everyone is nice, professional and customer-oriented. The office is very clean. Certainly no complaints in this area. The receptionist greets your quickly and professionally. We were seen almost immediately (2-3 minutes). The nurse is also pleasant and nice. She is efficient, knowledgeable and quick. My wife had blood drawn quickly and easily which is rare. There are usually some kind of issues but NOPE. Not with this nurse. She was attentive and funny. Dr. Meleski seems to be busy. She is not as personable as some doctors I've had but, she gets the job done. Overall, we are satisfied.
