My family purchased a headstone when my father passed away 20 years ago. The headstone turned out beautiful and was set up at the cemetery. My mother passed away in Nov. of 2023 and I have been trying for 3 months to get my mother's date of death added to the tombstone that we purchased for her and my father. They don't answer the telephone or return phone calls when a message is left on their answering machine. I have been to the business 3 times during hours listed on the door and the door is always locked. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more

Is this place closed? I have paid money to have my Grandmother's Date of death on her headstone. The voice mail is full. It doesn't even say the business name anymore on the voice mail. I guess we will have to make the trip up to Salem. read more

Very disappointed. My father passed away over a year ago. Tomb stone bought and paid for at that time. Flew home from Georgia last weekend to see it and pay my respect, Still no stone. Unexcusable. read more

Very poor customer service. I've been calling for 2 weeks and now the voice mail is full. No return calls. This business has been in town for many years but now is going downhill fast. No respect for customers. Sadly I may have to pay someone else to engrave my mother in laws stone even though she had paid for everything 5 years ago! It's no worth the frustration any more. read more

I have been blessed to have only been to a few funerals in my life but this was the first person that I really knew and had family ties to. I was actually really impressed with this Funeral home and the professional appearance of the family that ran it. I am pretty sure they knew my Grandparents and went to church with them. I am guessing that the building was a converted house from a long time ago as it felt more like a home than a business and you were there for an event rather than something sad. Everyone was very courteous and helpful even as we carted around our 3 kids. I in my own way have a great respect for this business and what they are able to do. It's funny that a place like this with its finality and ending would make you realize more clearly that life is so short and a beautiful precious gift, don't waste it, make it count.

All three men that came out were more than professional, kind and knowledgeable. They were honest and did not charge me for anything that didn't need done. The water pressure ended up being nothing to have to do anything with. The two men that came for the outside tried to jet the drain we thought was a French drain. They found out it was not and didn't even charge for that service. They also provided names for possible people to install one that is needed.
