I find him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and completely honest which to me is rare these days. People have brought their phones to the "Mall" and have been very dissatisfied and then having to bring their phones to George to fix and maybe even the damage caused from the "Mall" repair people. This happened to me many years ago and I would never go back to the "Mall" for any kind of service. If I decide to purchase a phone on Kijijji or another place I have the person meet me at George's business and ask that he review the health of the phone and whether it is unlocked. This is very important as some people selling phones are not completely honest. Sometime they owe on their bill and sometimes they actually don't own the phone. Also, I was looking for a new cellphone plan and spent too many hours analyzing carriers and plans. I went to George and he helped me find a plan and at an excellent price for my wife and I. He even called and performed the switch from my old carrier to a new carrier right then and there. Just be sure to have your login credentials for the carrier you're switching from.
