Ashley was my teacher and is super nice . In a short 10 weeks, you learn so much material. But they make it to where it's super easy to learn the material. We have about an hour or more of a presentation about the chapters we read and then rest of the class is hands on. Definitely a great program to go through if you're more of a hands on learner than reading a book. Ashley has been a great teacher!

Other than that, I felt like the company was poorly run, and a little bit shady with all their extra fees. The lab and equiment that we were given to work with were a joke. Half of the hospital beds didn't work, the medical dummies looked like they were from the 70's, and they might have been. I did my clinical hours on a weekend with two instructors that I'd never met before. They were a husband and wife duo, and pretty unprofessional. They let us out early on the first day, because of having their own social engagements, which caused us all to get a phone call from Abed. If that wasn't awkward enough, the next morning, Abed's wife showed up to clinical, and yelled at the two nursing instructors in front of us, the whole class. She then said she'd never work with unprofessional people like this again. The whole situation was just so incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. During clinical, Larry, one of the instructors for the weekend, used the racist term "Camel Jockey", right in front of a classmate who was wearing a head covering. I was absolutely shocked, and pulled Larry to the side to tell him that he really shouldn't be saying things like that, and his response was that he was an old red neck, and used that term when he went into convenience stores too. Absolutely apalling. If you are looking for an STNA class, I would honestly save yourself the frustration and choose another program. I'm giving this place two stars, only because my instructor, Angie was amazing and a phenominal teacher.

I had an amazing and thorough instructor named Scott Sites who is also an RN, MSN so he is very educated and knowlegable in this field. Not only did he provide knowledge but he also made the class fun and memorable as well. I have no regrets at all, and I would definitely choose to take this course again with Scott as my instructor.

I wanted to make sure I knew where to park…read moreand avoid a ticket since I knew they are strict there. so I checked their website which said questions could be directed to the admin office or the campus police and gave their emails. I sent each an email and of course both blew me off. so I sent each another email and naturally they ghosted me again. so I went to the event and not wanting to risk a ticket I had to park on a side street and walk very far. I sent each of them another email saying I was disappointed they never responded and of course they blew off both of them. it really made me wonder why anyone would go here? I was a visitor asking a legit question and their response was 0 for 6 emails. i literally have a hs student looking for a university to attend. if they treat visitors like that imagine being a student that needs an answer. imagine a parent paying $50k a year and getting ghosted. there's an old expression 'who you are done if the time is who you are all the time' and otterbine clearly shows who they are is a school that doesn't care.

Each ticket included AYCE (all you can eat): Baked fish Fried fish Rotisserie chicken Hot dogs Home fries French fries Cole slaw Drinks - coffee, pop and juice. Dessert - cake ( chocolate & vanilla), Blue Bunny ice cream (chocolate & vanilla) All proceeds go toward college scholarships for Westerville high school graduates. I came for orientation. The campus is beautiful and spread out. The sidewalks aren't really the…read morebest for wheelchairs. The parking is always a tricky thing to maneuver. Students must have the parking passes otherwise expect a fine from campus police. The campus center is in the center of the campus. It's a large building with plenty of room for meetings and such. The campus tour was great. The advisors were very helpful with finding the best classes that were the best fit. The staff were helpful, friendly and thorough. The orientation did not start on time so that wasn't the best. I have to say the staff was prepared and so it was fairly organized.

While lots of centers seem to have high turn over, this center has lots of long term staff. The director, Angie, is great and always make me feel like my family is number one. The entire staff follows in her tracks. They have done take home dinners, evening snacks, and coffee bar for us parents on the go in the morning. My son loves his phonics program and has learned so much more than I ever imagined. He loves Ms. ShiMika. Great team, great center! Highly recommend.
