They offer a stem-based learning which I feel properly prepared him for kindergarten. They also worked on writing his name, letter and number identifications. They provided 2 parent-teacher conferences during the year. They start in August and end in May. They also offer a graduation ceremony at a local school in the area and that was a very exciting time for my son. He also felt very accomplished. We also attended their summer program last year. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is their inability to alllow for select weeks, instead they make you attend every day for the full tuition. Unfortunately this summer we won't be needing that service and will be going to their competitor down the street as they accept certain days/weeks and charge you accordingly. With prices so incredibly high I was looking to save some money on tuition this summer. Pre K costs around $1200 a month. That's about the same for summer the summer program. Currently my son is enrolled in their sunrise program which picks him up from his elementary school when it ends and brings him back there for the afternoon. That runs at $520 a month. All meals are provided at primose and meals are very healthy which is definitely a plus. Staff is super friendly and knows you by name. Feels like a tight knit family. My son has definitely excelled attending primrose. The cost is definitely worth the knowledge and education they receive . My only request would be to make alterations on their summer enrollment and structure it more like their competitors. I'd much rather stay at primrose this summer.

We should have left when the school was on a two day gun violence lockdown but we persisted. That was an unfortunate mistake. After many referrals to this location we could no longer in good faith do so again. From our experience with other local options, there are more professional, patient and caring choices for you and your children.

My child completed their preschool experience with strong pre-academic and spiritual foundations. The administrative staff, preschool teachers, specials teachers (e.g., Spanish, P.E. instructors), and aftercare teachers are top notch. My child attended full day preschool as a 3-year-old and again as a 4-year-old. We were so impressed that we had no qualms about continuing enrollment in kindergarten at Central College Christion School. The preschool team is kind, courteous, and conscientious. The director and program coordinator have an open-door policy and welcome parent collaboration. There are many parent volunteer activities, as well as school-sponsored events during evening and weekend hours to give working parents an opportunity to be a part of the preschool community. At Central College Preschool, diversity is celebrated, and it was reassuring to see students and staff from diverse backgrounds represented. Central College Preschool (and the elementary school) is a gem! It is so much more than a school; it's a family.

I have seen the managers getting after the teachers for doing their job. There was a teacher today that I saw working hard and got yelled at for not being with her class even though she was. They take out their stress on teachers and I hate seeing it as a former teacher myself, especially after seeing it happen almost daily! No wonder they are starting to have so many teachers leave!! We love my son's teacher but are tempted to leave after seeing how they treat others. I usually see it in the evening with one of the staff that is new to management when it comes to the yelling at multiple teachers. The only reason I am staying at this point is because we paid for summer camp and my son loves his B group teachers. The only way I will be staying past summer is if the management starts treating their staff like people and caring for them instead of yelling at them for going the extra mile and helping their peers out, which I have noticed quite a bit. On top of it all, the place is messy! I have seen vents full of dust, teachers sweeping but the floors looking like they need mopped for once, and others just pushing through their day without cleaning up the food off the floor. Gross! I know I may not have the same experience as everyone else, however I know my experience needed to be placed so others know what they are walking into. Especially after talking with other parents who have seen the issues as well!

They regularly introduce Montessori skills and practice the lifestyle in every aspect of day to day. Our toddler has learned independent skills that enriched his daily activity, taught him basic skills and increased his confidence. I also appreciate the low stimulation environment allowing the children to work together to learn and explore the world around them. They also go out of their way to also make holidays and life events special. They have both an outdoor and indoor play area which is key in ensuring children have active time every single day regardless of weather. We are thrilled with Guidepost and appreciate them being part of the Worthington community!
