I ate here when I graduated and it was ok. However, mine along with my family's food was cold before it even arrived at the table!

We came here for dinner around 6.. place was busy but it appeared service was fast.. the key was appeared. Our waitress left much to be desired.. waited a long time for her to show to the table and take our drink order.. she apologized for the wait. Then we ordered.. waited again for drinks. A longer than expected time for food when comparing to places like longhorn or Texas Roadhouse which are competition. The food was ok. I forgot they season their steak quite heavily.. this steak was basically eating spice blend. Some enjoy that, to me not so much. I want to taste steak not over seasoned subpar steak. Usually the amount of seasoning on my steak indicates covering very low quality. It wasn't priced low vs competition. We had a child's dinner at the table for medium steak tips. They came out raw to medium. I was not comfortable letting it be consumed. Took quite awhile to get waitresses attention.. and the only offer was to put them back on the grill. I'm not a fan given cooks are usually not pleased with a kicked back steak. This dinner took way too long to get the meals and then the bill. I'm sure someone will say why didn't you talk to the manager.. what manager? One did not make themselves known in the establishment and having to return a child's steak should be prompt enough a boss figure to appear. read more

I did a prime rib take out from here. It was 6 pm on Valentine's Day and the line was out the door Even though they were super busy ,my order was ready at the time they stated. Had a prime rib and a drink at the bar. Was quick and tasty, but of course my drink ran dry 10 minutes in as they tend to do. Tried to get the bartenders attention, at first to get another drink, but after another 15 minutes was trying for a box and a check. Turned out to be 30 more minutes before I could leave once I got her. Food was good, but that is an inexcusable amount of time to actively be trying to get service. I saw online that they had Prime Rib on Friday thru Sunday. When I arrived I asked the hostess if they still had Prime Rib. She assured me that they did. I ordered Prime Rib and my waitress came back and said they didn't have any and that she had asked the manager also, It was like nobody knew what was going on. When I got home I looked again at the ad for Logan's and there it was Prime Rib on weekends. Funny no one at Logan's knew that. I ended up having a filet mignon. Cooked perfect, great taste. My husband and I have now been to Logan's in Cleveland TN 3 times now. We have great service every time. Food was good and Rolls are awesome. This last time we went I ordered the *Cajun chicken and sausage alfrado. I give it 1 star it wasn't good at all. It looked like microwaved alfrado when the cream separates from the butter. I was really hoping for a better tasting meal but it was horrible. The chicken was dried out but the sausage was good. As a local I won't be back. This the first and last time. Thanks the service was outstanding but the food was not great. My wife ordered a filet and it was 1/4 inch tall (see photo). Looked more like a skinny strip than a filet. And the steaks are not cheap. $80 for two of us. The green beans looked as if they had been cooking all day - soft, salty and just a mess. First off I want to say horrible, horrible, horrible. The management, sup par at best and that's being generou. My fiancé and I came in for a togo order tonight, and while we waited we wanted to sit at the bar. We get to the bar and not a single server, bartender, or busboy came to ask what we would like to drink. So as we waited for what seems to be another lifetime we seen that behind us one of the shift managers are behind us having a pow-wow with the employees, not giving us a second thought or even a glance. So my fiance is loud and said can we not get served around here, mind you he said that in earshot of the employees and the shift manage. So as i said we waited, and my fiance decided enough is enough and he wants a drink, he grabbed himself a glass and poured himself a Coors light on tap. When the bartender finally came back from narnina, my fiance admitted to pouring himself a drink but would in return pay for it, the girl at the bar was flabbergasted that he was so ballsy to do that. She in return grabbed that same shift manager from earlier and he came running like we just killed the family dog. He informed us that we could not pour ourselves drinks, this is not a self serving bar, and we asked if we could pay and the shift manager flat out said no that okay don't worry about it. They had laughs at that moment, but my fiance decided to get up and exit without having law enforcement involved in this little misunderstanding tonight. So my review is to let you know that bet the hours of 2 p.m and 4 p.m you can not be served an alcoholic beverage with a smile in a timely manner and fashion. Dinner at Roadhouse first the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The beer was great October fest, the potato skins were excellent but the main course well that was a different story. The 11oz sirloins had no seasoning on them not even salt or pepper just cook on the grill the only flavor I could taste was the mesquite, my wife's was the same as a matter of a fact this is the first time I have used steak sauce in years. The corn had to come straight out of the can, the potato soup had great flavor but it was like mashed potato soup and it would of been so much better if they gave me a soup spoon instead of the tea spoon. Overall I give them a 5 star for service but a 1 star for my main course. My total star combined will be a 2 and I will not return to Logan's Roadhouse, sorry Logan's. read more

Second time in last 6 months seated right away only to be ignored for at least 10 min. Servers pass by, no acknowledgement. Groups of staff standing at host stand talking so engrossed in their conversation they didn't notice us leave. A shame management doesn't seem to be present. read more

I had a med rare ny strip cooked to perfection with butter and garlic added 3mac and cheese and broccoli. Everything was amazing! My husband had a med rare burger also perfectly cooked and waffle fries. Also had our kiddo with us and he got a burger well it was cooked perfectly as well. I tried all the food at our table we also had potato skins which seemed a little sloppy but everything was still really good. A side note they are discontinuing the peanuts so get them while supplies last. I've tried 5 different places in east tn and each one failed to cook the steak properly this one NAILED IT! From start to finish this was thoroughly UNsatisfactory. I am a laid back person who doesn't demand much at all but tonight's visit really was pathetic. It took 15 minutes for the server to finally get my order and another 25 to get it filled. She didn't get my order correct, got the wrong size of steak (6 instead of 8 ounce) and when it finally arrived, 40 minutes after getting there, the food was COLD and looked like it had been thrown on the plate with a spatula. The server vanished again and didn't show up until I was finishing it (I hadn't eaten since noon and was hungry and had no desire to stay any longer in your restaurant). When she asked how it was, I told her it was bad. She looked at me like I had a third eye in my head and said "bad?" I said yes and pointed out my issues. She walked off muttering something and I had to ask her to turn around and repeat what she said, and she'd said she was sorry about the problem. And she walked off. She brought me my check, I paid for it and said curtly "Im sorry your dissatisfied" after bringing it back. I took the check where it invited me to visit loganslistens. I won't be back to a Logan's any time soon, if ever. read more

I did not like the rolls because they are very sweet, but I am wholly not from around here and that's just my personal preference. *wait 3-6 months before going here again Luckily I was about to starve yesterday so I picked a place I could have a steak/salad/rolls...sadly it's been a long time since I went in here expecting a great experience but luckily this particular trip was even less stellar. It all started with a 30 min wait outside in my car which eventually led to me being sat at the bar area anyway. After a five min wait on our drinks after we ordered them we waited 20 mins on our rolls that "were coming out of the oven in 2 mins"...of course we watched everyone else around us eating their rolls while we waited Fast forward another 25 mins and my steak came out...guess what I still hadn't seen my salad. Luckily the guy that brought our food out managed to find it. At this point I had only seen our waitress 3 times..the last was 15 minutes earlier when she asked if I was drinking sweet tea...I'm confused why she asked since she never brought me any though. Luckily when I finally got around to eating my "medium" cooked steak it looked like a piece of meat that had been cooked to at least what I would call "well done"...I rarely complain to a manager but at this point I had had enough so after I finally flagged down our waitress she was able to get a manager that at least knocked off my meal (not my wife's)..even though it's safe to say we were both more than disappointed at this point The last complaint I had before the manager left was I hadn't had a refill on my drink since I got there (over an hour)...he said he was very sorry what was I drinking? This was horrible food horrible service. All the food was terribly seasoned and was nothing as expected. The staff didn't give correct description of food before placing the order. The food was totally not able to be eaten. They didn't even offer to take all the food that was bad off the bill. Sadly this place needs to close. Twice in April my girlfriend & I went there for lunch (because it WAS our favorite restaurant). Both times the servers were wearing their masks below their noses. The 2nd trip I asked the server to place her mask as it is supposed to be worn. She kinda sneered at me. Then we noticed the cooks were wearing their masks under their noses. We decided that they didn't care about our health so we changed to another restaurant that costs more but we feel safe at. I always check to see if they've changed general managers since he's been rude to my husband & i before. It's a shame but I doubt he (General Mgr. I have eaten here quite a lot through the years. The atmosphere is typical of that of other steakhouses. The service is great. Servers I have had are Kayla and Sarah, and will usually ask to be seated in their sections. They both do a really great job in insuring their customers are happy. I have also ordered DoorDash through this establishment, which is a different story. The bulk of the order is usually right, however, don't expect to get the drink you ordered, it'll be different. They might also forget to put in the items for the loaded baked potato you spent extra on. I usually order a steak of some kind or salmon. The last Logan sirloin I ordered last visit was the best I have had in quite some time. Flavorful, tender, cooked to perfection. Not overcooked. Overall I recommend this restaurant. The Logan sirloin is a great "go to", with a side salad, and steamed broccoli, if you're looking to be somewhat healthy. Ask for Kayla or Sarah, they will definitely take care of you. read more

Now, I place my order online & it said my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I actually ran an errand and went to the grocery store to kill time because surely this simple order wouldn't take that long. So I wait, wait, wait but the pick up area is right next to the cooking area (slightly awkward being in everyone's way) but as I'm waiting I'm listening to the servers go back continuously to fix messed up orders. More than half of the orders were wrong in some form. I haven't worked in the food service industry to know if that's normal but I sure know it's time consuming and inefficient. Just wanted to leave a compliment for the server named Billy in Cleveland Tennessee. We have a non verbal autistic son who is 17 and when at restaurants most people do not acknowledge him or ask does he need refills they only speak to us. Billy goes out of his way to make sure CJ is acknowledged and taken care of and checks on him as he gets anxious in public and when he is out of something. Billy has now made this our favorite place to take CJ to. I cannot thank him enough for how well and kind he has treated our son. Billy is definitely one of a kind. He is courteous, patient, and caring. I hope he gets the acknowledgment he deserves. Our son has meltdowns in public sometimes and Billy makes everything ok for CJ. He remains calm he knows he is acknowledged and we can't ask for more in a server with our son.. thank you Billy. read more

My daughter and I decided to let Logan's in Cleveland, TN provide our traditional Prime Rib Christmas Feast this year...an excellent decision. We ordered the small holiday dinner via their app: 4 pound Prime Rib Medium Rare with a generous serving of Au Jus, salad, sides, rolls, and desert. The Prime Rib was cooked perfectly and delicious. Properly chilled fresh and crisp salad with Peppercorn dressing and croutons, green beans, cinnamon apples (Talk about an extra special breakfast the next morning, Prime Rib, eggs, cinnamon apples and homemade biscuits...O YEAH!), fresh baked rolls, chocolate chip cookies fresh and hot and ready to serve.
