I just stopped at this cleaner (right next to Giant, not the other one) to drop off some laundry. I walked in and a woman to my left was looking at her phone. As I walked in I said good morning, she didn't even look up. I thought she didn't hear me so I said it again louder. She looked up at me and looked back down at her phone. I stated never mind and turned around and walked out. Since her phone is clearly the most important thing to her I hope she reads this. read more

This business has just lost a longtime customer. We regularly bring dry cleaning here and have been spending $20-30 a week for EIGHT YEARS. I noticed a dress shirt had not been pressed properly and asked them to repress it. They refused and insisted I had worn the shirt. Instead of taking 1 minute to repress a shirt, they lost a loyal customer and called me a liar in the process. I have never once complained, and even brought back someone else's sweaters who had been given to me by accident once. I was ok paying more to come here for the convenience and the quality but now that I see how horrible these people are, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The owners of Logan Square Cleaners refused to admit they had lost my article of clothing, and instead insisted that it was my fault. I made absolutely certain I had not misplaced the shirt before returning to address the issue. I understand things are lost from time to time, or it may have even been given to another customer by accident, but for them to blame me and not even apologize shows an utter lack of professionalism and a severe deficit in customer service skills. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere as there are other options in the New Hope area. read more
