I like the fact that she isn't quick to prescribe pills and I believe that the office is busy because they are trying to see as many patients as possible. Of course to some it would look like profit is the motive for the quick in and out, but I like to believe that the doctors have the patients' best interests at heart and are doing their best to meet the high demand. A male doctor that I saw once a few months ago (I didn't get his name, there is very little small talk) was also very gentle and knowledgeable. The last time I needed an appointment I was able to get in at my requested time and date and I only waited maybe 10 minutes past my appointment time for the doctor to see me.

After calling Catchet Medical AGAIN to have them send the referral AGAIN, I decided to speak to the manager instead of the incompetent secretary who gave me incorrect information. While I EVENTUALLY got my request fulfilled, it took me well over 5 phone calls to get it done AND I had to do all the research myself. I will also add that the doctor secretary I dealt with couldn't even pronounce the medical terms properly - a MASSIVE issue considering that you work IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. I decided To get a second opinion and I want to Dr CK Yeung. Dr CK Yeung did a diagnosis on me and within minutes he knew that I had severe gout and arthritis at the same time it was extremely Inflamed they look like my bones are broken. Awful customer service, and I've never felt so unappreciated and disrespected at an establishment before. First off, I don't even know the doctor's name because she didn't introduce herself. Because simply, she just didn't want to. HUGE inconvenience, and most annoying of all there was no acknowledgment of the problem or suggested solution by management. The clinic was completely EMPTY and they refused to do a freaking bare minimum check up. Absolute garbage service. I told the doctor a brief history and all the questions I had for her seemed to be brushed off. She gave no insight into the different issues I was having and offered no support for finding out further information. The one thing I did leave with though is an $80 prescription for a face cream I don't need. I originally asked for a recommendation to a dermatologist, but of course she didnt listen and didn't even give me that. She just printed it out and walked me over to the pharmacy to purchase the cream (which by the way didn't even exist, so she had to readjust the prescription) and then literally just LEFT!!! The reception told me that it's $20 for with reading for each step. I even repeated on the phone if "$20 including reading?" She said yes! Other locations are $30 for each step. I need the 2-Step test so a $40 payment for work sounds good to me instead of $60. I come in, it was busy so reception told me it will be about 40mins wait (which is probably longer anyway) so to come around 1:30pm since I had my baby with me. So I did. I waited an hour for the dr anyway... how convenient to be seen for not even 5mins. 3 days later I come in but only waited 10mins (so nice even though my baby wasn't with me this time). I was seen for 5mins again to do the reading and the Dr (a different one) told me that I had to pay $40. I told him what I was told over the phone and he apologized. Said that it's $20 for the injection, then $20 for reading since it's usually different Drs each time. I could've just went to a different location.. How could they mess this up? I do like how they have pillows in all their rooms and the sliding doors.
