He was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I needed a quote for the cost of some electrical work in the basement and on the exterior of a house I'm purchasing. He arrived early to the appointment, waited patiently and chatted with us while we waited for my realtor to arrive with the keys, and was so helpful during our appointment. He is incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and thorough. We had a lot of questions, and he explained things very clearly and took his time. He is awesome! I look forward to hiring him any time I need an electrician for my new house! Thanks, Brandon!

Brian was very knowledgeable about the type of light bulbs I would need as a fiber artist to work with my fabrics with a nice clean light that helps accentuate the fabrics colors and texture which aids me while designing the quilting design that will compliment the fabrics or my designs. Besides installation of the true white lighting in my quilting studio we had Brian back out to wire our basement with outlets throughout and some fluorescent lighting in certain work areas. He was very knowledgeable in our county's codes and made great suggestions regarding the placement of the outlets to accommodated it needs.

For those that are looking to have any type of electrical service issue addressed, I would…read morerecommend using Hamid. If you prefer the big llc / corp without personality, reasoning, advise, respect, basically to treat you like any other person without personalizing the experience, Hamid isn't your guy. As for those who read the bad comments on his page, need to be upfront with expectations. When meeting Hamid and discussing what I would like done which was installing a ceiling fan, adding outlets to areas for microwave and dishwasher, installing recessed lights (14) and 3 ceiling lights, and upgradings from a small panel to a much larger one, and lastly going from 100 amps to 200 service, I knew it was a big job and it would take some time. When he tells you to work with him, then that's what you do if you're prepared for it. We were upfront with what we needed and so was he. Other electric companies put you on hold with an answering service. I called him on a Sunday while doing a light fixture on my own and he picked up. No waiting, quick response to text or call. He also advised and taught me a few things. This means that he is the type to Wal you through it if you can tackle a small task and save money. Not to mention the quality of work, A+. I would recommend him to anyone. I thank you Hamid, as well as my family. We will be in contact soon.

This July, a sudden storm hit Middlesex County. It came fast, hard, and took out plenty of poles…read moreand utility lines to homes. We got hit and a neighbor helped us to limp along. We had enough time to research electricians and make an informed choice. First guy Facetimed from a ladder, so he was already in the thick of it. Came by a couple of days later with a big crew and a big price tag, like an ice cream truck on a hot day, there was no lack of customers, so it was take the price or we roll. We passed up. Second guy did a walk-through and found a couple of things besides the mast that needed attention. But it didn't feel right,--if the breaker panel box had minuscule water intrusion, that doesn't call for changing the breaker panel...that's a SEALING and PITCH issue on the outside conduit. And...if you look into it, the last 90° bend before entering the siding needs a weep hole drilled into it. Another electrician started talking about grounding rods sight-unseen. I get it, a lot of homes lose rod contact, say from loose fittings and/or lawnmowers, but that sounded like conjecture. Whereas Austin explained it, that when a circuit is changed from 100Amps to 200Amps, the requirement is two grounding rods, and a thicker gauge grounding wire. The NEC is there for a reason, so contractors have to explain it in terms of the codes. Do yourself a favor, read a little and ask your electricians what is needed or what you want in technical terms. Call up an online diagram and point at what you want. That way, people like Austin will do a better job and provide you what you want. Austin's awesome repair fixed the problem, prepped us for an upgrade in the future, and we also plan to add a soft-start to the air condenser. Austin hustled to get us back up and running, with an improved mast, new meter panel, better wiring, and a weep hole before the siding. His price was amazing and no one else could have beaten it without skimping on supplies or attention to detail.
