Something told me to keep record of how much I actually spent and good thing I did because the visa statement came through and I was charged the full $100.00 and not what I actually filled the car. The owners / management made no attempt to contact me , so they just pocket the balance ??I had to read statement and now the want me to come in and get the balance ? How many customers are not checking their statements and this business is pocketing the extra cash BAD business practises - if the pump credit authorization is not working then SHUT the pump off and don't let people use it NOT impressed at all

I had 4 appointments that he missed over the period of 6 weeks! He never once called to reschedule me. I had to chase him. I'm probably half to blame for this because I let the guy take advantage of my time for far too long in hopes he would come through. I stand by what I said, if its just breaks, tiers or oil..
