One of the outlet stores in Freeport, they sell outdoor clothing for camping, hiking, skiing, or just for casual wear. They have 2 levels, prices are pretty good at this outlet. They have backpacks, and a good selection of Timbuk2 bags on sale. Clothes are of good quality, too. Too bad don't see much of this brand in California. I had my daughter and her friend with me, and there was stuff in the store to keep them busy while I browsed around. Downstairs they have a lounge area with sofas and futons with a flat screen TV, playing some nature programming. They liked going to the second level, however, where there was a foosball table to keep them busy. Found another pair of kids, and played against them.

The "sales" which were previously very good, were nonexistent yesterday (60% off the second full priced item?) Nope. I had a 20$ off coupon which apparently didn't apply to socks. I loved Talbots Outlet for the great deals. I've typically spent well over 1,000$/year there. The ladies who work at the Outlet are still great, but they aren't enough to keep me coming.

A large now is like an extra extra large. Since it was past the 45 day return policy, they said there was nothing they could do. She said that if I washed and dried it, it might shrink. So when I go back home I'll try that. The 2 ladies I spoke with were nice and we chatted about some of our clothes that we have bought. Just really nice conversations of our favorite Mexicali Blues pieces.

They left us alone to browse, as we requested, but then showed up when we needed their advice. We've found the store clean, well-stocked and the sales genuine. Maybe not the largest BB outlet, but not sure what else we could expect, and sorry others have found unpleasant issues here.

These boots will have to go with the plethora of dresses I like when rain and snow come to Denver. So, there I was walking around the outlet town of Freeport when my eyes fell on a candy store! Woot! I dragged my boyfriend in that direction when all of the sudden my eyes fell on a window display full of rain boots! Double Woot! After browsing the candy store and going into the wrong store due to a mistaken idea about which display window belonged to whom, I ended up in J Crew. I can't recall ever being in one of these chains before, perhaps because most of my clothes came from the 50s? Anyway I hit pay dirt. My rain boots are pink. And are you ready for this? They have little bicycles all over them!!! It was like somebody made them just for me. Best of all I only paid like $30 for them because it was an outlet store. I strolled out of there happier than when I left the candy store. And that's really saying something for a girl like me. Um, I also think J Crew sells clothes, but I can't confirm that. ; )

Well turns out I had imagined a Dooney Bag. I thought they were always bags with their logo tackily splashed all over. They have a great variety of beautiful leather and nylon bags without the logo overload. Plus some also have a logo of a duck, which appeals to the Mainer in me. Anyways, this store specifically, the Freeport outlet store, has amazing deals. The merchandise appears to be the same as what is currently in Macys. (Unlike the competing designer purse store in the area which is a different line of cheaper stuff). I can't say that for sure of course, but I had almost ordered the exact same purse, down to the stitch, off the Macys website a few weeks earlier. I have snagged 3 purses, a $40 crossbody, a $60 duffel which I used on a 4 day weekend trip (marked down from $200!), and my envisioned $90 nylon/leather handled blue purse. I love them all and now I think I have turned myself into a purse girl.

Horrible customer service and return policy, go somewhere else. Item shipped before any response to claim, now $10 to return plus all of the hassle, never again, lots better companies out there. I feel like the no access to order and delay were a very intentional way of screwing the customer.
