Once she had it on, she was told that the dress "was the same color as her and totally washed her out". My mom left in tears. The staff here is totally unprofessional and straight up mean. We were able to find the exact dress on Helsi for about $250 less than the price listed at Bella Rose.

I came here on Sunday with my friend who had some birthday money to spend. The summer sale items were 50% off of their reduced prices. She found many nice dresses and tops. I also found a good black shirt and skirt with a black, nude, and white, pattern on it for work. The store was quiet and the saleslady checked in on us often. The appearance of the store is neat.

With my most recent trip to town, I shopped there a few different times and was pleasantly surprised to find new pieces to choose from. I did not speak to the owner and informed the employee whom I spoke to that it had been purchased within the past 30 days and that I had the receipt and was open to a store credit, which they were not willing to offer. I live about 40 minutes from the store so it's not easy to get back to do a return in 10 days. However, I have been a customer for many years. I don't shop there all the time, two or three times a year for special occasions . I had hoped this locally owned boutique would be flexible with their local repeat customers. Live and learn.

I ended up buying $250 worth of items for $100. Which I'm very pleased as the booties I bought alone normally cost $70. The staff is super friendly and I love the Christian value in this store that comes out the moment you come inside. From the various bible versus to their Christian pop type of music playing in the background, which I listen to so i didn't mind it. I also saw that they had positive postings that I forgot to take a photo of, but they had the dressing room mirror say, "You are beautiful!" Something so simple is so much appreciated to witness, at least to me it is. Overall, the clothing racks have plenty of selections and are dispersed by sizes so it is easy to find your size. The store is very clean and smells wonderful, so much so, I ended purchasing their perfumes. If you've never been, check it out, especially during their sales.

I did end up buying a small sideways cross necklace that cost $15. Not ridiculous but a little bit high. If someone bought me a gift from here, I'd be delighted, but not sure if my wallet could tolerate. Minus a star for the prices of the clothing. I know that a portion of the profit goes towards supporting high risk children but it doesn't specify the amount or the specific people being helped. [Ah-Ha! A quick search on their website says 1% of the profits go to an organization in Peru....] Plus, doesn't excessive consumerism sort of go against Christian values, anyway? The store is a bit of a contradiction. At least they're trying to spread a message.
