Love their jeans, sweatshirts and shirts. The corporate entity of Abercrombie & Fitch is branded as an American lifestyle retailer that focuses on casual wear. Its headquarters are in New Albany, Ohio. The company operates three other offshoot brands: Abercrombie Kids, Hollister Co., and Gilly Hicks. As of 2022, the company operates over 800+ stores across all brands. Once known for its ad campaigns mostly featuring nearly-nude, white teen models behaving in sexually suggestive ways with each other, the company has toned down sexually charged imagery and no longer features scantily dressed models in its advertisements. According to then-Chairman Arthur Martinez, these changes were implemented to show that the company is evolving with its consumers. Abercrombie & Fitch is also notable for referring to its in-store customer service and sales staff as "brand representatives" (formerly known as "models").

People all thru the store. I started to look for the size I had on which I couldn't find everything is color coded not by size. Finally after 5 mins of searching an older lady with blonde and grey hair came out from the back and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and expressed the concerns I had she said your not that size. She sounded as she didn't want to help me so Sent me in the dressing room and started to bring in some sizes that I knew just by looking at them they wouldn't fit. After trying on two bras she brought me in the bra that I told her I had on I showed her it was big and she then says "you should just get a breast reduction we won't find anything for you today". Then calls over another younger girl and tells her the same thing she looks at me and says yea you should. I've worked in customer service and I would never be this forward with people. I could have suggested online since in store they don't carry my size. Or maybe try resizing me again. Nope I left that store without buying anything and felt so defeated. It's always a hard experience when I go shopping and yesterday I felt like crying because the way that older lady made me feel. I will not be returning to this store as they don't understand that you should treat your customers good. I hope corporate sees this and does something about this I can't be the only one this has happened to.

The clothes seem high quality, well curated and stylish and I love the way the store is laid out ... especially the dressing rooms, which I want to live in. The staff here is my issue. Noses in the air. Even when you chase them down to help you ... they act like the waiter in Ferris Beauller's Day Off. I do find myself shopping here more than I'd like and each time I feel ignored by the staff, or like I am annoying them with anything I ask. This store is kind of small and doesn't seem to have the greatest selection. Note that the parking in this area can be a little difficult, so I'd recommend parking a few blocks away near Blackstone Blvd and walking over to the store in the Square. We walked into Lululemon and were greeted with smiling faces. We found the pants and I tried them on (yes, absolute FIRE). The lovely employees marked the pants for hemming and I sent them on their journey to Hemtown. It took about a week and a half to get the email that they were ready, but I tossed my Crocs on and booked it to the store. My pants were ready! But, wait... one of them were lost. One of the pants just disappeared! I was upset, as I was stoked to get these pantaloons on the gams, but I knew it wasn't their fault. Liz, the GM, apologized profusely and we were able to send in another pair (there was one pair left in-store that was my size) to get hemmed. Another week and a half later I got an email letting me know the replacement pair were ready to be picked up AND they found the lost pair! Due to the mishap, I was given BOTH pairs (the replacement pair AND the pair that just came back from their visit to Neverland). INCREDIBLE! It was definitely a whoopsie doopsie (which had only happened in that store one other time), but Liz and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible with their communication and their apologies (again, not their fault that the pants went on a little solo dolo adventure). I needed these pants for my wedding/honeymoon coming up in a couple of weeks and the employees became invested in getting the pants situation resolved long before then. ANYWAY, I recommend this store 10/10, 100%, love them like family.
