We stayed at Loews to recharge for the night before heading to our next destination. We stayed in a king room overlooking 11th street. Checking in was super easy, room was clean and included a bathtub which you usually don't see in a hotel room. After dropping our luggage off, we grabbed a drink at the bar which was super busy but service was excellent. Also, we were super hungry, but instead of ordering room service, we just did an Uber eats from Hudson Grill down the street. After a good night, sleep which we couldn't hear anything in the room it was so quiet, we started our morning by grabbing something at their market. Great choice! Special shout out to Hannah, who has a great personality! Christy got a coffee, a strawberry parfait, and I got a berry trim smoothie. She loved the coffee and she's a coffee snob. Thanks to Hannah, we learned it was "For Five" coffee from Brooklyn. Great hotel and we'd definitely stay here again. read more

We made a quick stop at the Loews Hotel during our errands to grab a drink at the bar, and I'm so glad we did! The space is chic and inviting, perfect for a little mid-day break. I ordered an espresso martini with a creamier twist, while my friend went for the classic version. Both were fantastic, but mine? Easily one of the best espresso martinis I've had in a long time--smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. I also noticed they offer a menu of small bites, which I didn't get to try this time, but it's definitely on my list for next visit. A great location, amazing staff, and the most comfortable room/bed! This was our destination for a girl's trip and the location could not have been better. This hotel is located near amazing restaurants, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and even the fantastic Ponce Market. We had an amazing 3 days in the city that was made even better by a fun night in the lobby bar and a great night sleep in our rooms. The staff was really great as well, from room cleaning to valet (they are the best greeters and meeters as we didn't have or need a car), to the bar staff, to the check in/out staff. Stayed a night here after a wedding down the street. It was part of the FHR hotels on amex so I went with it for the perks. But I love this hotel! The staff was amazing. A special shout out to Juliette for making our check in process seamless. She was such a sweetheart and provided us recommendations on other things to do. Loved chatting with her. The food was amazing! We didn't really eat the food at the wedding so I was looking forward to something better. We got the flat bread pizza and fried chicken sandwich. They were both 10/10! Before checking out, we ate breakfast there and that was so good too! I'm a sucker for chimichuri sauce and they had that with their steak and eggs. The steak was cooked to perfection. My coworkers and I stayed here for a weeklong conference that was also taking place at the hotel and I cannot emphasize enough how nice and accommodating this hotel is. From the moment I pulled up at the front door, I only encountered top-notch, friendly service from the valet, the front desk, and every employee after. I stayed in the "Superior Room", which was beautiful and extremely clean. The bathroom had a separate shower, along with a bathtub, and a small tv. The room had a safe, 2 plush bathrobes, and a minibar (if you're not interested in partaking, don't jiggle the bottles or move them, because the sensor will pick up the movement and charge you for a drink). Our conference was on the 14th floor, which was a fantastic idea because we had access to the entire floor, without disturbing other hotel guests. The floor had a terrace with flowers and a great view of the city, so when we were on a break from the conference we could step outside for fresh air and sunshine. Also, the hotel provided us with breakfast and lunch each day and everything was so delicious. 10 stars for the Loews Hotel in Atlanta! read more

Not the best hotel for the price. My stay was over the course of a busy weekend and I was given two twin size beds. (Not two queens - TWO TWINS) The rooms have undergone a recent renovation which is up to standard for an upscale hotel but throughout my stay; there was a very musky smell through the hallways and also my room. It almost smelled like gas. The hotel bar and restaurant is decent enough to have your company close it down a few nights in a row. Additionally, room service is 24/7 and pretty good for what it is. It's been a minute since I've been to the Loews and I must say my time here was just as great as the first. A few of my girlfriends and I got together for a Christmas Eve girls night in and we decided to be fancy and get a room at the Loews. Not sure if it was because it was soooo cold out that night but the parking deck was practically empty so parking was no issue. Luckily the deck is attached to the hotel so we were able to park and had easy access to the elevators where we made our way to the hotel lobby. The lobby area was decorated beautifully for the holidays and again not sure if it was the weather or the fact that it was Christmas Eve but the times I've been here in the past there has been a ton of people moving about but on this night there was literally no one so we kinda felt like we had the hotel lobby and bar area to ourselves. The gentleman who assisted us with getting us checked in was super sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was huge. The beds were comfy and the view, although impeded by more random buildings being built nearby, was nice. We spent a good bit of the night at the bar and the bartender was amazing! They said they gave us two queens and they are doubles. My Husband is 6"4, his feet hang off.. One star off for lying.. The bar has a DJ playing on Friday nights, so that's fun. We had a margarita special with boysenberries. They were yummy. I had the vegetarian pasta and it lacked flavor. My Hubby had the Atlanta hot fried chicken sandwich and he let me have a bite. Wow! So yummy. Even his fries were amazing. My Mama had the Tuna-Tar tacos and they were delicious with so much flavor. I'm not knocking off a star for my lack luster pasta because they did use homemade noodles. Their charcuterie board with duck pastrami was so good. I ended up using the jam and mustard to spice up my pasta. The room is nice beside the beds being a double and not a queen. The snack bar in your room is pricey but that's normal for hotels. Writing this review very mindful of my preference for boutique hotels. I deducted a star because there were some elements of my room, namely the bathroom, that were dated despite most of the decor having a more modern feel. I had a corner room so there was lot of natural light and a nice view (my room was facing the opposite direction of downtown so I didn't have a cityscape but it was nice enough). The elevators ran swiftly and the staff I encountered, namely those in the gift shop/cafe and at the front desk, were swell. I booked a 3 night stay because I had a very early flight and didn't want to be stranded/waiting in the lobby for hours before it was time to go to the airport. The front desk kindly only charged me for 2 nights since I was barely in the room that final day. I'd stay again and would visit the spa the next time I'm in Atlanta. read more

I had an ok stay while here. We actually stayed in a suite for four days. The state of the room was just ok. The fridge was busted and dented so bad. There was an odor in our room as well. The paint was knicked up and they didn't consistently clean our room. I always wanted to stay at a Loew's property but I have to say that it was just ok. The restaurant on site sweet potato waffles though - really good. The staff in the coffee lounge was excellent! They were so friendly and make excellent drinks. We ordered from the bar as well. There are a lot of good things about this hotel, location, service, and overall ambiance. It's clean, for business travelers and some couples but not a rowdy kinda place. The hotel is definitely for business travelers, the room has a desk and single chair to sit in, and the bathroom is quite dated. Single sink, low bath tub that just takes up space, no one is taking a bath in that, the shower was poor water pressure and no handle. There is also no fan in the bathroom to pull out the moisture. The bar was fun and friendly, and good food and drinks. Breakfast took forever and I was one of only a few tables, for a business hotel this is a problem. When I ordered room service, it arrived right on time! The bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible, I had neck and shoulder pain, and the blanket was some polyester thing that made me sweat at night, ick. They tried to text us for things instead of call, but often didn't respond or know what room my number was associated with. They could use WhatsApp. I can't give it a higher rating because if I don't sleep well, than what's the point. read more

Lowes Hotel Atlanta - Midtown My recent stay at the Lowes Hotel in Midtown Atlanta left me with mixed feelings. We decided to splurge on their largest suite, which came at a price of $499 per night, expecting a luxurious and seamless experience. Unfortunately, from start to finish, the stay fell short of the high standards one might associate with a hotel of this caliber. Arrival Experience: Our visit started on a disappointing note with the valet service. Upon arrival, we exited the car and stood waiting for someone to assist us. There was a noticeable lack of urgency, and the service felt disorganized and inattentive, which wasn't the best first impression. Check-In: We arrived around noon and encountered a line of three guests ahead of us at the front desk. With only two employees working, the check-in process took about 25 minutes, which felt unnecessarily long. Given the hotel's niche appeal, I anticipated a more efficient and attentive level of service. That said, the front desk staff member who eventually helped us was very kind and professional, providing clear information about our stay. The Suite: The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, though it didn't quite live up to the grandeur I expected from the largest suite in the hotel. It was nice but lacked the "wow" factor I had envisioned when booking at this price point. Guest Services: Later that day, I inquired at the front desk about breakfast times and the availability of ice. The staff member was incredibly helpful, not only providing information about the ice machine but also offering to have ice delivered directly to our room. This small gesture exceeded my expectations and gave me a brief sense of the luxury service I had hoped for. Unfortunately, this positive impression was short-lived. The next day, I called the hotel's "five-star service" line to request ice again, only to be told that delivering ice was not a service they provided. Despite explaining that it had been done the day before, I was met with a series of excuses. The inconsistency in service was frustrating and left me feeling let down. Overall Impression: While there were glimpses of good service, such as the friendliness of the front desk staff and the initial ice delivery, the overall experience didn't justify the cost or meet my expectations for a hotel of this reputation. The lack of urgency in valet service, the lengthy check-in process, and the inconsistent guest services contributed to a mid-grade experience rather than the luxurious one I had anticipated. I wouldn't say the stay was terrible, but it was certainly not impressive. For the price and the reputation of Lowes Hotel in Midtown Atlanta, I expected a level of service that consistently wowed me--and sadly, that wasn't the case. read more

Stayed here last weekend as part of a wedding block. The location near Piedmont Park was conveniently located. Rooms and property were clean and pleasant. Unfortunately our room on the 12th floor faced the street and on Saturday night from 11pm to 1:00am we were jarred awake by cars thumping music on and off from speakers that sounded like a rock concert. We have stayed at hotels in NYC and are used to cars honking and street noise, but this was intolerable. I complained the next morning to the front desk staff and they seemed uninterested in my experience other than to offer us the option to move rooms which we declined to do because we had somewhere to be and didn't want to move our belongings. Thankfully Sunday night was much quieter. I got the impression this is a common complaint. In fact, we found out from others at the wedding they had the same experience, including the parents of the groom! Why would you put a block of booked rooms on the street side of the building?Who would want to deal with that the night before such a special event???? In my opinion we should have been offered a refund for the night or a voucher for a free future stay at any Loews . What a disappointment. read more

Beautiful lobby and bar area. The front desk team is helpful and professional. The gym is PHENOMENAL. Unfortunately, the rooms were just okay. We came to Atlanta to visit friends and took for granted that we'd have a sitting option with that price point. I understand that not all rooms can have a fridge or microwave, but I am also saddened that there was no microwave option for guests. The bathroom was spacious, with a full-sized tub and a decent shower. Perhaps other Lowes properties are more impressive, but I doubt i'd stay in this one for this price again. The food and drinks were great. The service (with exception of one out of 12+ team members) were excellent. Silly me just expected more with a room rate above $300/night. read more

Literally and hour since we checked in, not even through our first night, and instant regret! We booked here last minute for three nights via Amextravel FHR and even with price deal and perks we get through FHR, this place is just not up to par with a 4 star hotel nor worth the price and DISGUSTING. I will let the pictures attached speak for themselves. First random hairs everywhere and the towels found in our room are literally trash, dirty, thin as paper with HOLES! When requesting new towels and sending pictures, "new" clean towels arrived that were even worst than the original ones. We resent photos confirming we received but towels were worst and that we would just use the "best" because at this point what can we possibly expect? We received a response of "Please let us know if you need anything else." Zero accountability or acknowledgment of the unacceptable towels provided or at least an apology and that feedback will get back to housekeeping or management. And we're actually on a high floor, 24, in an upgraded room so not sure what you can expect in other rooms.... We should've done our research but have stayed at Loews in Miami and didn't think twice of booking here due to our amazing experience in Miami but never again! BEST EXPERIENCE!!! From the time we arrived to the time we left the most consistent pleasant experience we have ever had stateside. The bell hops and front door men are phenomenal. Literally took care of my family and I before we even knew we needed help (aka opening doors since we have a baby, stroller, etc). Market 11 was amazing as well. They have an in house Starbucks ( can't use the app but still a legit Starbucks) and Chelsea was phenomenal!! Highly recommend seeking her out for your custom drink. We dined for breakfast and lunch and the wait staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. I just cannot rave enough about this place. This is hands down where we will always stay when visiting the ATL. read more

We were really excited about this girl's trip and first experience being downtown Atlanta! Hold on to your hats for this bumpy ride that I experienced here!! If you need to exit here.. Direct & Simple: Outdated, bad customer service and not so pleasant experience.. Pros: Nice downtown location For those of you continuing.... ALL ABOARD!! On first decent, Tavia the front desk lady was not pleasant. Very off-putish, however she was nicer to the gentleman in front of me. When I approached the desk she just asked for a name, no greeting or eye contact, then after about a minute I asked her if she needed my license and card that I used to book the room? She said, "not yet." However, she did not spell my name correctly as she could not find my reservation. I provided her the proper spelling of my last name and suddenly she found it! I am a member who receives free upgrades and when arriving to the room it appeared VERY basic and no frills and thrills other than the view. I booked a "superior" room only to discover that this was classified as a "standard" room?? How does that work when you pay extra for "superior?" Needless to say, my experience here was very underwhelming and the staff are not pleasant. I spoke directly with a manager and she gave me all sorts of conflicting information in regards to my reservation. She told me I booked a King instead of two beds and I was upgraded to the two doubles. PRO TIP: There are ONLY double beds here no queen sized beds. I ended up calling American Express as there was so much conflicting information and asking to cancel my reservation for the remainder of the week as they could not upgrade me without "downgrading" a bunch of other reservations??? How does one person have that kind of impact?!? I don't know.. She said because it was so late in the day I had to pay for the nights stay although I had JUST arrived?? No fun here folks, the trend seems to be not so great service and the lack of luxury that this place is "supposed" to have. But please allow me to end this novel as I don't want to continue this negative review to discuss how this place is SO OUTDATED and not worth the price point per night. I ended up at the last moment booking a same day stay at this Loews well extending my trip to ATL. I checked in around 11:30 PM Saturday, March 9th. The front desk staff was pleasant and gave me the best room possible in the top floor due to my AMEX Platinum status. I proceed to the room and immediately rush to the restroom due to the evening of alcoholic beverages I enjoyed with friends. I noticed that the bathroom light was on and all the other lights were off but didn't think much of it. While washing my hands, I realized there was a sink full of hair. Literally. There was so much of it initially thought it was my hair. GROSS. I then went in the main room and notice the bed obviously had been set on. Smh. Of course I went back downstairs and complained. The front desk staffed were pleasant and found me another room in the top floor. The second room was decent but honestly was grossed out. I ordered room service that night and morning due to it being a perk of my AMEX status. The food was ok but I'm not sure I would have ordered it if it wasn't free. I'm not sure I would stay here again. But I do recommend the spa. Its really nice. read more

The moment you arrive you're greeted with doormen, bellhops, and valet to usher you into the lobby. Inside the hotel, the marble leads you to the reception desk where you're greeted with a big smile. Something you notice while checking in is the hustle and bustle of the other guests lounging in the beautiful seating area or gathered around the sweeping lobby bar, which almost jets up to the ceiling. You take a short elevator ride up to a top floor and when you open the door to your Loew's Atlanta Hotel room, you are STUNNED, amazed with the grandeur of the space. We're tourists in our own city. Are you ready to explore the Loew's with us?  Sometimes that one hotel room comes along that ruins other hotel rooms for you, this one is it! We were on the 19th floor with a corner King suite and opulent doesn't begin to describe it. With 180 views from the spectacular floor to ceiling windows, the luxurious touches, and spacious bathroom with soaker tub, everything was to the nines! The living room itself was large with multiple sitting areas, cozy couch, a dinner table, and work nook with a view. From every vantage point, you could sit and gaze out the large windows. In the bedroom, the king bed was comfy and inviting and there was enough closet space to live in there full time! The view from our bedroom had a perfect view of Peachtree Street meandering its way up to 12th street! Across the hall in the large bathroom was a sitting bench next to a spacious soaker tub. The shower was large and double sinks for both John and I to have our own. Perfection all the way around. We want to go back again just for this room alone!  Outside the breathtaking room, the lobby is warm and inviting with crisp marble, lounging area and the bar is beautiful with bottles almost to the ceiling. It feels like a library with library tables and lamps good for small groups where people can gather. The first night, we perused the food and cocktail menu at Saltwater bar. They have an array of shareable apps, delicious plates, and stellar cocktails. Some of our favorites were the Fried Chicken Sandwich with crunchy, juicy chicken and the perfect crunch outside, but they spiced it up with thick, hearty, candied bacon, cool and sweet peach jam, and tangy pickled onions for an explosion of flavors. Paired with crispy, truffle, Parmesan fries is icing on the cake. Also enjoyed the crunchy Fried Green Tomatoes paired with creamy burrata or the wonderful Cauliflower bites with a fantastic spicy aioli, loaded Charcuterie plate with all the bells and whistles, as well as the rich, sweet, and tender pork chop, or even a warm, earthy, fall spiced Butternut Squash Soup. For the cocktail the Perfectly Smoked Manhattan was divine, smoky on the nose but the sip is sweet with vermouth and a warming kick on the end from the bourbon. Smoked at your table! They also brought us the sweet and creamy Velvet Versace to try that will be on the winter menu, and the Espresso Martini that's like a coffee dessert in a glass.  They also have a restaurant, Saltwood, nestled in the corner beyond the bar. Our time in the Saltwood was for a quick breakfast one of the mornings before a busy day out on the town. We enjoyed amazing, fluffy, and sweet chocolate chip pancakes. We also loved the delicious and rich eggs Benedict paired with plump potatoes, as well as a hearty American breakfast with fruit and bacon.  We can't go without mentioning the care and dedication of the staff that is top notch and the impeccable service. You're treated like royalty for your entire stay. It's also worth noting they also have a beautiful spa with an array of options for a relaxing retreat from your hectic life. read more

Loews Peachtree is a lovely 5-star property conveniently located in midtown Atlanta. Full spa, comfy rooms with all amenities you'll need/want, full bar, full restaurant, gift shop/snack market, in house laundry, full gym, pet friendly, live music, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants & much more. A few hiccups with computers being down at check-in, in-room dining jacked up my food order something terrible & the late night front desk gentleman was pretty dry. Nothing that can't be remedied. Despite it all I had an awesome stay. Room was super cozy, the gym have me a workout to remember, Saltwood accommodated my diet requests with no hesitation and the bar service was superb. I really liked this hotel. The downstairs area was very modern with an upscale feel. The bar area was nice. Drinks are pricey but you're in a big city. We ordered room service one night and food was fantastic. Beet and arugula salad was amazing. Even the simple margarita flatbread was good (although kind of small and round as we were expecting a more traditional flatbread long and rectangular). Desserts were meh. Chocolate cake and cheesecake. Both very basic and nothing great about either. Beds very comfy. Great location in Midtown area with lots of things within walking distance. read more

I was staying at the hotel on business and had a friend stop by to visit and they valeted their car. Upon retrieving their vehicle, it was ransacked and burglarized. The valet attendant denied leaving the vehicle unlocked and the security offered no solution. They suggested my friend call the police, so we did, and reach out to the hotel manager the next day. The police noted the car had no signs of forced entry and questioned valet on whether he really locked the car doors. He insisted he did. When asked the valet attendant could not produce a driver's license to the officer and said he could call someone to get the number for him. Bizarre. When emailed the hotel manager denied any responsibility or negligence, despite the fact the car was not broken into, per the police report. It was very clearly left unlocked while unattended by valet. I will never stay at this property again because they show a lack of concern for safety and privacy - and failed to do the right thing for my guest. Minus their amazing gym and great service at their Starbucks, you'd be better off staying elsewhere. A truly upscale hotel wouldn't have fumbled this situation so badly. read more

I had high hopes for the Loews Atlanta. I booked two nights at the hotel and was excited for a weekend "staycation". Unfortunately my experience was far from what I was hoping. Upon arriving to the hotel, everyone was nice enough. I explained that I would like to take my bags up to the room with me now, and so my bags were placed on a trolley. I said that happy to take the bags up myself, but when I turned around, they were put away behind the counter. I went to the gentleman helping us at the front desk to clarify and ask for my bags, but he was in deep conversation with a friend - not a problem, I waited. He saw that we were waiting, so I figured he'd come speak to afterwards - he didn't. I went to grab his attention so I could ask for my bags and we could go upstairs. The room appeared well appointed and decorated. I had the corner king room with floor to ceiling windows and great views. I checked in rather late and was craving some dinner, so I went to order room service. For some reason, I kept getting the dial tone, as the call wouldn't go through. I called the front desk, who was able to transfer me to the appropriate line to order dinner. No complaints on the food! It was good, and arrived in a timely fashion. I went to the snack station/mini bar to grab a drink, but noticed that it was not stocked. Most of the drinks and snacks were missing (see photo). As for the bathroom, it was a nice size, with a single person tub, standing shower, and one sink. I appreciate that toothpaste and a tooth brush was provided, but was very annoyed when the sink turned out to be clogged. I simply wanted to wash my face, but the water just wouldn't go down the drain. Also, the water in the shower was pulsating - I thought it was a shower setting, but it was constant throughout all the settings. Furthermore, whenever other guests flushed the toilet, the sound of running water was very loud (I just shut the bathroom door when I went to bed. Not the biggest issue, but thought I'd mention it). There are many positives about the hotel, such as it's excellent location, tapas restaurant, and spa (I didn't try them though), but my stay was definitely not that of a luxury hotel experience. read more

Overall, I don't entirely agree this is a AAA 4 Diamond Hotel Property - more like 3.5 as it feels more like an airport adjacent hotel. THE GOOD: *Prime location in Midtown Atlanta. *In room dining was fast (within 30 minutes delivery) *Responsive guest room TV *Newly refurbished (seemed like new carpeting and new furnishings) THE NEEDS ATTENTION: *Zero security presence both day and night - literally anyone can walk in to guest areas *No key card access required for guest room floors - totally not secure at all *Elevators take forever - either there aren't enough or not all are working You can stand waiting for several minutes which is annoying when a conference is also staying on property *Towels are on the smaller size and not overly absorbent or comfy. *AC in room is fair at best, set at 70 w/high fan but wasn't overly comfy *In room amenities are few and basic *Light switches on stand alone lights are worn down or for some reason often difficult to flip *Bathroom is compact, toiletries are lower quality *No complimentary bottled water is placed like most hotels these days. *Lots of sound leakage from the door/hallway - I could hear adjacent room doors opening and closing and most conversations *Staff don't seem to be familiar with surroundings. I asked a basic question on walking directions and nobody could answer. It was frankly really odd *Hotel staff are not welcoming or friendly. Love Love love this hotel. The complete staff was nice and very helpful. I lost my wallet and they found it. I had $200 in it and it was all there, Front Desk told me about great places to eat. If you want great soulful breakfast at 9am in the morning a couple blocks away go to Flying Biscuit. Very good and fast!!! I will be staying again at Loews!!! Love this hotel. We stayed at the Loews Atlanta hotel in October and had a wonderful time. Location is great: 2 blocks from the edge of Atlanta's Central Park, 2 blocks to the subway and there is valet or attached self parking. There was also a little park a block away with a dog station and public corn hole. We saw three celebs our first day here - in the hotel - which made me feel pretty secure in my hotel choice. The other hotel guests would chat me up in the elevator in the friendliest way, except Jane Fonda who we often rode with. The spa is great- I recommend taking a tour to see the free parts and services. I also loved walking to all the nearby restaurants. We had a hiccup where the TV didn't work in our $400 a night room. Instead of fixing or replacing it they just had us switch to an $800 room for frizzle. That room had a TV in the bathroom and two others. I loved it here so much we can't wait to try the other Loews and will book here again when we return to ATL. read more

Loews is LIT, and it's centrally located to meet all your ATL commuting needs. Stellar location aside, the stay is epic! The bar is great, and the lounge area doubled as a full blown club (or darn near) on a few nights that we stumbled in late. The accommodations were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, the linens were crisp, and I'm pretty sure I slept in my Loews robe every single night of my stay. I was quite comfy to say the least, and it's worth every penny. read more

Amazing! Every staff member I've run into has been incredible. The hotel is gorgeous. I was given an upgrade for my birthday & for being an American Express platinum member. The room with the panoramic views was amazing! Probably one of the best beds I've ever been in- and I've stayed at the Waldorf & the fairmont hotels. In room dining is insane! I liked this hotel from the valet in the entrance to my breakfast Starbucks in the end. We got checked in by Erica at the front desk, besides having really beautiful hair (yes, so pretty it made my stay better) she was also very friendly and effective. We had a suite on the 21st floor with a nice view. My only negative thing is the cleanliness of the room. There was mold in the shower and the base board was broken. The sofa and the chair in the TV room both had stains on them. Other than that the room was spacious with a big bathroom, bedroom and TV room as well. The mini bar was stocked well and they have complimentary coffee but the coffee is some in-house Loews coffee?? But don't worry, they have a Starbucks with a gift shop in the lobby with all you need and a bunch of other stuff you do not need but really, really wanna buy anyway... I had my favorite almond milk latte with sugar free vanilla there and once again was pleasantly surprised with over the top great service. The gym was super nice, so much space and machines and everything felt new and fresh. They also had a bunch of classes like yoga, Barr and cycling. Their spa looked really nice too but we didn't have time to check it out this time, but hey, Super Bowl 2019 ain't that far away! We ate at the bar in the lobby and watched some football, the food was amazing and so was the service. It seams to be a really popular place, people started fighting over our table when we left, oops. The valet and the bell staff was super helpful and fast too. I had to make them go back and get my car right after they parked it due to me leaving my iPad behind, but they got right to it with a smile, so pleasant. Based on the gym and the service alone I would definitely stay here again, I would choose another cleaner room though. read more

Loews Atlanta Hotel - Just terrible - Hotels Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

My boyfriend proposed to me at this hotel. He called three different hotels to ask for help on setting up. The Loews Atlanta Hotel was the only one that way was excited and ready to help. They set up 6 large vases of flowers and rose petals on the floor, along with champagne on ice and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was magical. The next morning, we ordered room service for breakfast. It was the most elegant and detailed service with warming covers over the dishes and tiny bottles of ketchup, jellies and syrup.
