I’m Bruce A. Grundlock, PGA, General Manager of St. James Bay Golf & Pickleball Resort. Golf has shaped most of my life, from leading some of the finest clubs in Florida and beyond, including Black Diamond Ranch and Solivita. What inspired me to join St. James Bay was the rare combination of natural beauty, community spirit, and potential I saw here on the Forgotten Coast. I’ve always believed in leading with integrity, energy, and a team-first approach—building a culture where members, guests, and staff feel valued. My passion is elevating experiences, strengthening connections, and ensuring every visitor leaves with lasting memories. Away from the resort, I’ve been blessed with over 30 years of marriage and a busy, joyful family of six children. At heart, I’m driven by faith, family, and the love of this game—and I’m proud to bring that passion to St. James Bay every day.
