Despite being extemely squeamish, I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated at Herts Dental Practice. Everything was explained to me and I was talked through it all in a very detailed yet simple way. Any questions were answered and on the day of my fillings, both the denist and nurse took great pains to reassure me and take time to ensure I was ready before starting work. I am relocating soon, but will still book my dental appointments at Herts Dental Prectise on visits back to Watford.

This is a very friendly dental practice with excellent dentists. It is mainly for private patients…read morealthough children can be seen as NHS patients. Both dentists are very understanding and make you feel comfortable (I am a nervous patient!) The practice is in Bath Street in a very old building probably listed, the only drawback is all the consulting rooms are upstairs, it is a very rickety winding staircase not easy for elderly people and of couse there is no lift. There is no parking here the nearest car park is the multi storey in the Charter. Prices are comparable to other dentists.

Although outside it looks small and slightly old, inside was quite spacious and very new - facilities, equipment, warm waiting area. The place was busy for an early morning, which is a good sign of good business. The staff was very friendly and provided a high level of service. During treatment, the dentist kept me informed of what was going on and always inquired if I was okay. As for price, it was good/reasonable for immediate treatment and repair. They do treatment for NHS patients, but expect a long waiting date for your appointment. Overall, highly recommended for those looking for private treatment.

I've had some bad dentistry done in the past so when I moved I was anxious to find a good dentist…read more I broke a tooth and after reading other reviews about Blueberry Dental Surgery I decided to make an appointment. I was not disappointed. Bob is very professional and friendly, you get a full break down of what he is going to do before he starts, before and after photos so you can see what he has done, and instead of sitting in the chair reading a poster on the ceiling you can watch your choice of films/TV on the provided video glasses while Bob takes care of your teeth. This isn't the cheapest dental practice I've ever been to, but it is certainly the best. My teeth isn't an area in which I'm looking to economise and sometimes you get what you pay for, in this instance I certainly feel this is the case. It's hard to convey how impressed I am with Blueberry dental without sounding like I work there, all I can say is you won't regret going and if you are wary of visiting a dentist then I think a chat with Bob would set you at ease. I can't see myself ever going to another dentist unless I move a very long way away.
