She finally realised she must see a dentist, and after extensive research chose Yasmin. She has been nothing but phenomenal. Removing teeth with so little pain, that after having wisdom teeth out, and being heavily sedated she was up and about with our baby going to groups with him and getting on with life completely normally! I had a problem with my wisdom tooth recently, and whilst Yasmin couldn't see me for a week due to the fact the dental surgeon not being available until then, off her own back on a Sunday night she rang around for me to get me an appointment somewhere else with no profit to herself at all. I joined Courtyard earlier this year having sourced them online. Like many I am VERY phobic of Dentists and have been known to avoid them for years in preference for tooth ache!! Meeting the team at Courtyard really helped settle my nerves, Yasmin is fantastic with nervous patients. We discussed my treatment and the process in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Receiving a full treatment plan really helped aswell as I was able to budget in advance and consider work/child commitments around the appointments. I recently needed root canal treatment and visited The Courtyard Clinic. I hadn't realised how much work is required in order to properly diagnose and treat this issue. The quality of the x ray equipment is high at this dental practice and I was able to see the x rays while in the treatment chair which made me much better informed and gave me comfort that I was in good hands. I am a nervous patient but the dentist and nurse reassured me throughout the process and quickly reduced my phobia level. They used the wand to deliver painless anaesthetic which again contributed to my comfort. I would certainly recommend The Courtyard Clinic to friends and family. read more
