But we had way more than that and everything was high quality BBQ. These folks know what they're doing. We didn't get a chance to sample the ribs since they had sold out (which was a good sign). The burnt ends (I believe they were pork belly) made one of my friends go insane (he was a very happy boy). Wings were excellent and I loved the cornbread. Other sides included Mac and cheese and slaw...everything was high quality. Brisket - super tender and full of flavor. For most of the bbq stuff, go to the counter to order and pay for it there...then bring it back to the table. There's also wait staff that will take your order for drinks and other items on the menu (like the wings or if you want fries or other bar type food). That's all just a little different, but it's a cool, casual place. I have friends that were there during brunch and the bloody Mary's are insane....they're basically a meal piled up on a glass of tomato juice/vodka. I need to get back there to try one of those.

I miss having a diner that's super close to home with an outstanding breakfast/brunch offering and reasonable pricing. Over The Moon in Schuylerville was my go-to spot and I haven't replaced them since they shut down. If I were being completely honest, my experience here was actually closer to 2 or 2.5 stars. Service was great and everyone was friendly. They clearly work very, very hard. But most of the food was served lukewarm and cold-ish. The potatoes were burnt...and I like mine well done....but I couldn't even get my fork through some of them. Burnt yet cold...not a great combination. Same with my breakfast burrito...the cheese was only partially melted and it just wasn't hot. Coffee was strong. Plenty of half and half on the table. The other breakfast was also "meh" and not quite hot, either. Giving them the benefit of the doubt; perhaps I just hit them on an off day.
