I was advised that she did not have any as the salon has yet to provide her with some. Overall it took a little longer than expected, 1hr & 15 minutes. I was charged by the manager $70. I wasn't complete satisfied with the service especially for the amount paid. Originally I thought I was being seen by Cassandra, which I read great reviews on but I believe the stylist who was doing my hair was just using her station.

Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well. I logged into Yelp looking for a salon closer to home and found this gem. I was able to book Erica who had one appointment available that day (a Saturday). I booked, she confirmed and I prayed got good results. The outside is pretty non-descript but the inside is so cute and a total vibe. She let me show her some pics to give her an idea and wow she went above and beyond all expectations! She didn't try to talk me into or out of anything or upsell, and the conversation flowed easily. I had long hair and was going for an inverted bob and I have never had a more beautiful, precise cut done. Very uneven, after calling the salon and explaining I was told I was going to have the same stylist fix it, when I said I wasn't comfortable with that because my hair was already very short and uneven and I was scared, I was told someone else could cut my hair for a regular hair cut price.
