She took her time and was checking on how my hair was processing so we could achieve the goal. I think we're both on the same page now moving forward. She recommended some great products and provided some great insight to styling tools. I will be rebooking with her! In response to Linda A I did call the salon and left a message to have her call me. I know that is what should always be done first. I didn't hear back from her. Which is why I left a review days after I did not hear back. And you're right Vanessa is a great stylist, which is why I chose to book with her in the first place. I've seen what she could do and specializing in blonde colors and having years of experience in the industry. Which is why I was very surprised by the outcome of the first visit. All has been corrected now, and she is just as talented as I expected.
