The check in desk employees are so nice and welcoming. I've taken a few friends here for their first spin class and they didn't feel awkward or like they were new. Everyone rides as a team, but also sets individual goals. You feel like you're with a family (but also getting your booty kicked). A few of my favorite instructors: Crystal - she's sweet and sassy, and I LOVE her setlist! She will work your legs harder than you can imagine but the class goes by so quick. She usually teaches early in the morning and is a ray of sunshine (especially when the sun isn't even up yet)! Catalina - definitely one of the classes I look forward to because it's always different. She combines arm movements to go with the beat of the music so I leave work sore arms and legs! Lisa - Lisa is a CRACK UP. Her personality makes me forget I'm working out because I'm having so much fun. She plays rock music, 80s, and then music you would blast in your car on the way to Vegas...it's a little of everything. However, after attending seven more classes, I'm updating my rating to 5 stars because the instructors do everything they can lead fun/hard classes. They crush it every time and always bring the energy. The workouts are great and the music is good. I leave sweaty and feeling a nice release of endorphins. The studio is clean, well-located, and has plenty of parking. Booking and checking in through the app is easy, so you can avoid the line at the front desk. While some of the non-instructor employees appear to be teens who lack customer service experience, others really are helpful. The instructors make up for any shortcomings.

Stephanie & Andrew Chapel are the owners and Stephanie teaches several classes a week. With just 20 bikes in the Studio, the experience draws you into the workout no matter which bike you are on. The club recently sent out an email that the bar and cafe now close at 7pm. Kinda silly. So many people would go to the bar (not so much the cafe) in the evenings. This is the way to keep members - offer the social and the fitness. They instead added a number of items to the cafe menu and close early. If staff costs are the issue why not look to your gym in NYC. Self serve. You scan your card and it self pours wine or beer. Very sad to see the place go downhill. You can see staff morale is being impacted. Great facilities- poorly managed.

I completely understand and agree with the 30-day return policy for items you simply don't like. That is not the issue here. I purchased a scale at this location on October 10, 2025. It worked for about three months and then stopped working. I brought it back on January 16, with the receipt, only to be told by the manager that I was outside the 30-day window and therefore "too bad," I now had to deal with the manufacturer. This was disappointing. In my experience, when a store sells a product that turns out to be defective, the store handles the exchange or refund and then deals with the manufacturer themselves. Apparently, that is not how this location operates. What makes this more frustrating is that other 24 Hour Fitness locations handle this differently, which suggests this is not a consistent policy issue but a location-specific one. I appreciate Zach's help in at least finding an email address, since there was no phone number available for the manufacturer. Bottom line: if you buy retail items here, be aware that if something breaks after 30 days, you may be on your own -- even as a paying member. -- Vero

The manager--who is 27 came across as extremely unprepared and unprofessional the entire time. The interview had no structure, included awkward comments, and halfway through I was genuinely thinking, "Where did I end up?" It almost felt like a joke. To be clear, I'm not bitter about not getting the job; I actually called afterward to withdraw my candidacy myself, trying to be professional. I was told they'd call me back, but instead they said they were "in a meeting" and never followed up, which says a lot. Walking around the facility didn't help either. The restrooms were pretty disgusting. The floor a mess. After reading other reviews, I'm not surprised they're so negative. From my experience, this place seems very poorly managed, especially with someone so inexperienced in charge. Definitely not somewhere I'd want to be associated with.
