Absolutely beautiful property, wonderful hosts & guides. Full of blacktail deer and wild pigs however you must know this is a REAL hunt! Not high fence and you will usually put some boots to the ground which to me makes the hunt an experience to be remembered. Off road UTV's are provided for transportation, outfitter tents with wood stoves, meals provided if you choose that package and guides for each of your hunts. First time I've been hunting, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. After 3 days of Tim's wife's wonderful cooking we had neglected to see a pig. A man of his word Tim invited us back. Showed up 2 weeks ago, weather was perfect, food was great and they put us on some hawgs. Charles and I went on a afternoon hunt on the second day and on our way back, he heard and spotted a trophy boar. Needless to say I laced him with my first shot and have a great story to tell my boys. Thank you guys for the food, views, hikes, and opportunity to bring some organic meat home to the family. I went up to Tim's as a first time hunter. Leading up to the hunt Tim was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. On the day of the hunt he showed me around the ranch for a bit while we were looking for a pig. I told him the kind of pig I was looking for and when we found a group he pointed me in the direction of what I was talking about. I would definitely consider using his services again. read more

It started from day one. Asked the questions what days were available and what time of the year is best. He replied any day and all hunting is good year round. So I selected days as suggested by his comments and then was told we don't hunt during the week and that the first available weekend was July 1, 2017. Which I then replied if that is the first opening then we will make it work. On 6/27/17 he texts me and said that it to hot pigs are not moving. He suggested for us to postpone, but it was to late for us to cancel we were already on vacation. Told Tim we were committed and would be there July 1, 2017. Our fully guided hunt started off being drop at a location with no map of area, and little information. Left for several hours and not once did a guide go with us. His 100 percent guarantee of opportunity is bogus it never happen. read more

Great guide. My father is unable to do a lot of walking. They made sure he did not need to. They made you feel comfortable and made you feel like you have known then for years.
