Awesome prompt service!…read more My key has been acting up for the past few months on my truck and the dealership kept telling me the key was still backordered so there was nothing they could do. Well after leaving the grocery store the key decided to just stop working all together. I jumped on yelp to look for local locksmith's and Burgess was the first to come up. I called and Michael answered on the third ring. Said to hold tight and he would be on his way. He got there a short time later and fixed my original key as well as coded a new key for me! Mind you the dealership has been telling me for months it wasn't possible to do right now but Michael was able to get me fixed up in less than 15 mins. These people are now my go to for all my locksmithing needs. Highly recommended!

Ordered one window blind the first week of September, was told 8 to 10 weeks. Called after 8 weeks, left a message. No return call. Called 5 days later and was told in not such a nice way not to call that they would advise me when product shipped. Called in November and was told product was coming by freight and no date of delivery was known. In mid December I saw a facebook ad and it had a CONTACT US OPTION. Sent an email and did receive a response. Said my blinds would be in December 22 and was able to set an install date. That date and time arrived and pasted. I called, left a message. The installer called and said my blinds were not in. I had not received a call to cancel my appointment. Called that Friday and was told it would be another week. Just got my blinds Friday Would never use or recommend this company. Horrible customer service! ALWAYS USE BUDGET BLINDS. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED BLINDS IN MID DECEMBER AND THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED !
