Saying sorry means absolutely nothing unless your willing to go above and beyond , whether its giving a discount or canceling a charge etc... oh and what made it even better is that they charged me $178 and when i asked for a discount Lexx replied that she already gave a discount but when i picked up my invoice it showed full charges...so she tried to deceive me as this transaction was done over the phone....I was very angry about this... dustin the service guy thought i should just accept him being late as "it's just part of the industry" ...Lexx dropped the ball in not asking the proper questions in taking the order and then trying to deceive me but Don the owner was the most unprofessional as he had no interest in understanding or acknowledging the bad experience i had, and threatened to take me to the credit bureau if i did a charge back on my credit card...which is exactly what i did.... He clearly pushed the idea upon me that i am just one customer and since he's been doing this for 30 years that he would be fine if walked away ...well that maybe so but i will fill up all the noted review sites with this experience...everything i said is the truth and i will not use these guys again...hopefully they can improve in the future.

The first time, they reprogrammed the system, but the problem returned less than a week later. On July 28th, they came again because the new system stopped responding to the devices. The technician said I would be charged because the door was in manual mode. When I called the office for clarification, the operator transferred me to a supervisor who spoke to me in a condescending manner and told me to "shut my mouth" while I was explaining the situation. The serviceman who came to look at the problem opened up the mechanism, walked in and out of the store a couple of times, while on his cell phone with his office and half an hour later I received a call from the office. I was told that the parts would be $300-$400. I told this person(Roland) that my parts were on warrenty. Would I be able to get the part #'s. Oh he didn't know the parts all of a sudden. How did you get the quote then? I now had a service charge of $150-$200 though. After I expressed shock to the high rate of a service call, Roland threatened to take me to court and hung up on me. He called the next day where I agreed to pay a minimum charge $120 for the service call. Thought it would be done there but he continued to try and insult the company who installed it saying that they wereinexperienced, I guess because they have a service call charge of $45!!! Maybe they should be called Illegal Locksmith for their tactics of extorting monies from small business owners. You picked the wrong woman to screw over this time. I had a feeling that the small metal clips weren't worth $400??? That's right, they were $26 a piece for 4 of them which ended up needing to be replaced.
