Joe was the opposite: professional, reliable, trustworthy, and easy to work with from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was Joe's experience with fire reconstruction. He clearly understood the process and approached the project thoughtfully, recommended excellent architects and engineers, and the team worked well together, which helped the permitting process move along quickly. Joe was also a great communicator. He was responsive by phone, text, and email, and he sent us project progress photos almost daily. Since we were not on site every day, those updates gave us a lot of peace of mind and helped us feel connected to the progress being made. Any time we asked to meet in person, Joe made himself available on site. The finished product came out beautifully and professionally done. Joe has great attention to detail, is grounded, friendly and very easy to work with. Most importantly, he proved himself to be completely reliable and trustworthy and was flexible and collaborative as our ideas evolved. He also saw the job all the way through, including the final punch list items, which we really appreciated. Like any major construction project, there were minor bumps along the way. Joe always had a clear plan for timing and next steps. Because the project expanded from fire restoration into a full remodel, it was difficult to understand the full budget until closer to the end but Joe kept us updated as costs progressed, and in the end we feel like we received good value for the money, even though the total was more than we originally expected.
