He asked about a hair cut, and the extremely rude employee stated the next appointment was not until 1:45...even though there were NO CUSTOMERS. I arrived and was greeted, offered something to drink, and only waited a few minutes before I was called back by Ashley. She was relatable and very conversational. Took my 2 boys, told it would be a short wait. There was 1 guy in front of us. 7:15 on a Tuesday evening. 3 employees appear to be there, only 2 had customers. Maybe the 3rd is a receptionist. 25 mins later a lady finishes up with a client but after he checks out, she makes a phone call. We waited until 7:50 and even the guy in front of us hadn't been helped yet. Not waiting any longer....I gave them $6 for the 2 sodas and a mini water and left. Slow as hell. Granted we were a walk-in, but we were told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. Two hours later we finally walked out. Stylists were more interested in wasting time than cutting hair. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but I'm never going back. read more
