Was able to easily book an appointment with one of their barbers using the Booksy app/website, which was a pleasant experience. The shoppe was clean and well lit with simple but nice decor and plenty of TVs to keep you from getting bored. Harry was professional and very courteous. He was obviously skilled in his craft and took pride in doing a good job (very meticulous). Ended up with a very good haircut for a very decent price ($25). I'll definitely be back as this was easily the best haircut I've gotten in Lee's Summit and it was much better than going to a corporate haircut shop. read more

When an appointment is scheduled it should be for the time the customer chooses but at this establishment when an appointment is set the barber changes the time without even asking and this does not happen once it has happens to me multiple times and almost every time I scheduled appointment. So unprofessional and the customer is not being taken into consideration nor asked if it's an inconvenience to randomly change the time for the scheduled appointment. read more
