At the shop I was told I did not have an appointment. I showed the barber my appointment confirmation on my phone. He says it is not in his system. What? Unfortunately, for any massage additions, you have to purchase the next level up from the basic Ten Year, which already has a steep price. The cost savings benefit is if you become a member. The services become cheaper and you also get broader access to the adult libations which you can enjoy before or after your haircut. Even without being a member, you can still enjoy one of the basic cocktails and have access to the lounge. I do wish they offered other treatments, like hand and foot care, but those who are looking for that type of experience are still better off at Hammer & Nails barbershop. Maybe it will be introduced into the scissors & Scotch franchises as well one day. Kudos also to the awesome bartender for great recommendations and a well made beverage.
