The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the project dragged on for 10 months. One of the issues was that each time there was an inspection, a different inspector showed up and wanted changes from what the previous inspector had okayed. That seems to be part of doing business in Los Angeles and I don't hold Alex responsible because he was quick to make each change an inspector wanted. But there were also long periods of time when nothing was being done, perhaps because they were working on a different project. Would I use the company again? If it were a smaller project that didn't take as long, absolutely! Without a doubt! The work quality was excellent, communication on issues was excellent and Alex was easy to work with.
